It's odd but some of the effects shown here have been on iOS for at least two year (NOVA 3 has about half of those effects running on the iPhone 4S which is running the 2+year old A5 chip such as dynamic shadows [Modern Combat 3/4], heat faze, and god rays). This looks like those Tegra commercials which purposely disable graphic effects on non-Tegra devices except with MediaTek.

Thats why those effects are gonna be found in the ios version at least iphone 5 and up! For the 4s i dont know. Anyway that version with lowered effects is only for android non-8 cores devices.

You dont need to. Look at the video with "new" effects quad core vs octa core. And now go back to any of the E3 early ipad 4 footages of the game. ALL THE EFFECTS ARE THERE!! So this video only concerns android and provides no new information to ios gamers... Aside from some cool helicopter battles.

Exactly, I think Killzone is still the clear winner. Maybe Modern Combat 6 will edge the Vita.

yes confirm all the effects are there. iOS is a powerful device when it comes to optimisation.

If this is still on track for a Q1 2014 release, dev diaries should start to pop up soon.

I think it's more interesting that all the builds so far have been demoed on android devices, excepting that E3 one.

my guess is less restrictions on apps, so it's easier to leak on android?
