Just tried out the tactical rds.. Now idk which one I like more hah Either sacrifice a thin rim for a smaller reticle or the other way around. Hmmm
Yeah it seems like the holo has a more beneficial elements The tactical just covers way too much for my taste lol
I wish GL would hurry up and add support for private and wifi only matches. It would make experimenting with different load outs, classes, weapons easier. It would also allow for squad training and make it easier to take screenshots for the purpose of making guides. I was trying to time running speed for different classes but atm it's just too frustrating to do as you can only do this in MP matches. So not only do you have to hope nobody's gonna come and shoot you but your ranking is very likely to suffer from it and you're a burden to the team you're on.
Yeah it kind of sucks lol... It was huge in MC 2, 3, & 4, idk why they didn't think of adding them on launch. Hopefully its part of update 1
I just use the regular red dot. I find it the most effective and it seems when you press the sight button it aims quicker the the other sights.
Great (and rather humorous) example of how bad the filter is. Also, is it even nescicery to have one, considering this is a 17+ game? It seems kind of weird that something like Clash of Clans doesn't have one, but this does.
Lol they really need to get rid of the filter... Its a 17+ game, as you said.. They should just add a report button & it'll go ahead and forward the message to the department that handles that stuff Clash does this and I've heard of no issues... and that game is filled with more minors (I'd assume) than this game.
AppStore ratings used to (and still are really) so arbitrary...Dead Space is still12+ and genuinely frightening, and would easily snag an M were it a console title. But Gangstar Rio really takes the cake, LOL. Was 12+ at launch and for a year or so, has probably the most immature, nonstop profanity I've ever heard in a videogame. Coupled with the terrible, terrible voice acting it was one of those so-bad-it's-good games.
I know this is bout the filtering on the game but while their fixing the filter system they might as well fix the squad chat - Squad chat history
You are, of course, absolutely correct. I remember GS:R, that was such a crappy game, and it had the exact same premise as a GTA game (which are so much better) which constantly get an M rating on all platforms. It really baffles me, especially since Apple has shown in the past that they can be somewhat kid-friendly. Sorry, this got a bit off topic, I'll leave a discussion like this to the General Games discussion forum.
Encountered my first speed hacker in a CTF match. This is ridiculous. Guy was going across the rooftop map in literally 2 seconds. GL need to get their shit together especially since there's no reporting system. This + people playing on what feels like dial-up and skipping all over the map =
A lot of these critics are spot on but they don't change the fact that there's no real FPS multiplayer competitors on mobile. NOVA 3 has a great FPS MP mode but it's a GL game as well.
I agree about strike team. That game is tons of fun. Inwas doing some squad battles today, and it is kind of annoying me that almost everyone in a squad would be using the Red-34. I'm fine with the gun itself, but when everyone is using it, it starts to be really OP. I know that's something gameloft can't fix, (unless they remove the gun, which would suck) but it still makes squad battles a bit more frustrating. Just my $0.02 of course.
