Hey Paul! I do follow the thread religiously, daily AND on evenings and weekends. As for the content, as I've said expect some regular updates up until the launch of the game (and afterwards!) Be patient, it's coming as soon as we possibly can.
Should be yet another fun game to put another 100 hours into. I'm gonna predict that this comes out November 15th.
got enough money for ipod touch 5th gen but waiting to see if they put the a6 in the ipad mini, if they do ill buy the ipad mini instead of the touch for smoother gameplay
They won't. If they refresh iPad 3 to 3x(a6/lightning/Sharp screen), mini will get a5x. Otherwise, when it comes out, it will get a5.
I definitely want to start a 'Price is Right'-like game with the MC4 release date. Maybe with a Modern Combat T-shirt as a prize? HUMMM, THE POSSIBILITIES.
Seems as iPad mini is coming and being discussed a bit, how about one of them for prize to guessing right date?? Only kidding. MC4 launch has me more hyped than the mini. I'd rather see this out first. And a cool exclusive t shirt as a prize.
Or how about we could play the game where we guess the date and you say warm or cold. The winner who guesses the excact date could get cookies. BTW, I think you just unintentionally confirmed that MC4 has a set release date, meaning it is not in production and it is probably coming out within the next month. I place the date on the next 3 Thursday's in October, the 11th, 18th, and 25th.

I can confirm that I have not unintentionally confirmed this. Heh. If we did have a release date guessing game, the winner couldn't be announced right now. Because: we are still in development. ^___^ Announcing a release date too early wouldn't be fair to our fans. The development process is unpredictable, so until be know for CERTAIN this is the date the game will be released, for YOUR sake.... we won't say. It would be pretty lame if we said October 11th, and then changed it to... October 34th, then changed it again to November 1st. You guys would be PREEEETTY mad at us, I bet.
It's really awesome actually! Gameloft is a great company, and the people on the Modern Combat Team are probably the most talented Devs I've ever worked with. It helps you guys are so passionate about mobile games. It's nice to be able to interact with such a dedicated fan base. I've already learned so much about my project from reading your posts, and watching your videos online. Why do you ask? Are you considering a career in the game industry?

I highly doubt it will come out on the 11th, that's not nearly enough time for the website to be updated with new things and trailers etc. 18th is probably still too early, in fact I doubt it will come out in October at all. Im gonna guess the first Thursday of November
