The game was coming soon back in September. GL should also realize that once people begin putting up Christmas decorations and it is snowing outside, it goes from fall to winter. I don't care what the Calender says, GL is using coming this fall when they would really be using "Coming Very Late 2012."

I think mc4 will be released this week or next week because on twitter they said they are celebrating the release of mc4 so it's probably going to be released "soon"

Where did you see it?!? I can't find it on GL's twitter. I also believe that MC4 was actually SUPPOSED to come out today, based in tweets from GL Aus, Game Reviewers, the iGN giveaway, and the amount of info that has already been released. However, some of you may have noticed that Order and Chaso has been having server problems, and I think that GL wants to fix the servers before they release the game. However, @CM PLEASE, PLEASE don't wait to release it until next Thursday if you fix the server problems over the weekend. I think all fans of MC would much rather the game come out as soon as it possibly can, rather than wait to snag the editors pick by releasing it Wednesday. I am sure your fans will quickly promote it to the top paid/highest grossing app in the App Store.

No, it doesn't quite say it's available yet as no launch date is specified. It has a link on the top corner that says "available on App Store" and "get it on Google play" which links directly to the MC4 site itself. Those links will become active once the game is released and are normal placeholders for a pending release. As the tweet was first put out at 8.24am on the 28th November, the inactivity of those links should be obvious considering 28th wasn't the alleged release date anyway. Of course, that might not mean anything at all but it only adds to the uncertainty prior to a definitive statement from Gameloft announcing the release date. Also most importantly the key line in the prizes section: "Note: Copy of Modern Combat 4 may be delayed." It is obvious at this stage that the game has been delayed to some extent and the reason should be obvious to most that the servers need to be sorted first because of the previous problems with Heroes of Order and Chaos. As and when these will be sorted, a guess would still just be a guess. Maybe take as an indicator the Google play launch of O&C that the servers have been sorted out. MC 4 servers may get priority (and a surprise is possible yet unlikely) but that would be difficult to estimate at this moment.
