Please build off number two's multiplayer. If you look on Gameloft live, most of the time there's a 3 to 1 difference in the amount of players and this favors mc2 over mc3
I'd imagine its because most people got tired of playing the hackers in MC3 and moved back to MC2 because most of the hackers moved on to MC3. Kind of ironic really. As long as there is more anti hack security, there should be a big base for it because the numbers of players was much bigger in the beginning. MC3 really isn't worth playing now but MC2 is. And MC 2 was hacked as well but there is definitely substantially less hackers in it now and it's easy to leave a match with hackers and join another. Perhaps if they brought back that you're own grenades killed team mates because that was something I particularly enjoyed doing to hackers that were on my own team in MC2. Just to get rid of the .....useless ....... (Insert whatever expletive you consider appropriate)
I think if gameloft made multiplayer a separate iap there might be less hackers in the game. Price the game at three dollars and for another three dollars you get multiplayer. I assume most hackers pirate games and since it's fairly hard if not impossible to pirate iap, I think it would cut down on hackers. This will also make the game take up less space if your only interested in campaign or multiplayer.
I'm not gonna hold back , this is actually a quite brilliant idea. Since multiplayer is a integrated feature of the game , multiplayer is easily open and free for anyone to hack. But if you had to purchase it , there'd be a con & pro. The con is if it's $3 for each plus tax you'd be paying more than you usually do compared to buying the game as 1 unit. The other con is , most people would be too lazy to buy Multiplayer , thus making the amount if multiplayer user'a very low. The pro is that you get no hackers , although hackers still might find a way to get through multiplayer without paying. So that's basically my opinion on thy idea , which I think was good. Hands down.
It's a damn good idea. I've seen lots of console games do it like battlefield 3 ($10 to play multiplayer portion) and theres like no hackers.
The trailer is definitely an awesome representation of what we tried to accomplish with the storyline this time around. We wanted the campaign mode to really knock your socks off. Or, you know...... in more official terms: 'Offer the fans a truly immersive campaign mode, and as a result give the gameplay more depth and context.'
If that's an accurate representation of the tone of the campaign, I'm excited. Finally another serious modern combat. Are you from Gameloft?
You can still flash those camping hackers in Avalanche who just spray n pray. I do that all the time There is still quite an easy way to pirate the IAP, but I'm sure that'd cut down the amount of hackers Great idea I must admit!
Im pretty sure that this game will have hackers just like MC3. Then we will all come back to these forums and complain about the hackers.
I really hope not, but it's very likely. But then again, we can play private TA matches too. Speaking of which... Make joining games easier dear god!
Me too. We should start an exclusive porkers club. Only 250 lbs +. Unfortunately I guess I just disqualified myself.
Meh. It was getting old anyway. All the cool people now have cow clubs. The secret is to turn 1 meal into 5 digestion cycles. I hear most of the members don't do so well.
Assuming you don't upgrade to another idevice with more storage space, how are you going to pull this off oldman? Keep mc2 & mc3 as well as mc4 on your idevice & nothing else?
