I believe that has to do with the servers, gameloft servers have been out of wack the past couple of days.
This is what gameloft Australia posted on twitter in response to when the game will be coming out. "we don't have an official date, but you can expect it before the end of the month (-; " 11:28am - 21 Nov 12 I think it's safe to say this is coming out this week on thursday as this is the last week of November.

The guy said he doesnt have the message but since it takes 2 weeks for an app to go through the approval process, GL must have already submitted it if they want it to come out in the next 2 weeks.

Cool story bro. Gameloft hasn't released the official device compatibility list, but iPad 2 and up will run it, iPod Touch 4 MAY run it, and iPhone 4 MAY run it. Devices higher than the iPod Touch 4 and iPhone 4 should run it, but obviously you will get the best results with an iPad 4 or an iPhone 5. OFF TOPIC: Are Modern Combat 3 servers down? It takes forever to log in, and when you do, it says connection error, or failed to save profile.
Yep. Check the MC3 thread, everyone is reporting it. I think it has something to do with MC4. Maybe they're testing out the servers.
The day when an iPad 2 can't run games on it like these will be a sad sad day. On topic - cant wait for this game! It better be Thursday!
Oh the iPad 2 will run MC4, but it won't be fully optimized. Slidetoplay's MC4 video was on an iPad 2, but you could see there was some lag. It is still playable, but with lag none the less. I predict that iPad 2 will run MC4, MC5, and possibly MC6, but after that it won't work. Side note: I was fortunate enough to have the money to upgrade to the iPad 4, and if you have the chance, upgrade as soon as you can. I can't describe how much better the Retina Display is, I thought my iPad 2 had great graphics until I used a device with Retina Display. Also, what happened to Kayla? So much for interacting with the community.
