I think it'd be cool if you could use like 5 points to buff up any gun's damage, stealth, reliability and stuff. Or more points. Like you could add points to guns to make them better in stats and Ofc in game. You'd get points by prestiging. Just an idea
No. OP guns galore and just thing of what would happen when cheaters use an XP hack? And then the game is updated but they aren't reset and they still have these fully automatic rocket launchers that kill half the people on the map in one shot (exaggerating, but still...) Eh, as long as the IAP is along the lines of MC3's, I'm fine with it. You earn buckets of gold coins in mc3 multiplayer, no need to buy any.
Well it's kinda like golden gun and making it better. And it wouldn't copy the camo thing. Anyway, I havent seen any game do it and it's an original idea of mine
I think there could be like a maximum of points to reduce OP, but still make it better. But yeah, not gonna happen cause I just made that idea up
I could see that being a mechanic... Yep. Definitely viable. Pretty balanced too, as long as you can't shoot while flying, youre pretty obvious while flying but if you were good could get in some nice behind enemy lines drops and murder a few guys with suppressed shotgun. (I know it's ridiculous, but ive wanted one ever since I played crysis 2)
The majority of us have come to the conclusion that since N.O.V.A. 3 ran like arse on the 4th Gen iPod touch (and iPhone 4, to boot) that it won't. Even if it does, MC3 didn't run that well on the 4th Gen, either.
Was at one point, that workaround has been fixed though. A few of us know the maps (at least placeholders) the game modes, the launchers, and the unreleased specialization. Although I don't, I'm sure someone has screenshots.
Gameloft says they'll release new info every Tuesday until the release of the game, according to the site.
Pretty sure GL employees get the weekend off like everyone else... Or most people working for large firms....
Es said she checked the thread even on the weekends...sounds really enthusiastic about her job. Here's hoping the programmers for the multiplayer code and cheater security are as dedicated. Btw Es, can you tell us if the iPad 4 means anything new for MC4 or if you will be taking advantage of the hardware in any way? Also any ETA on the 2nd dev video?
