Did many of you adjust the onscreen controls? Anyone prefer playing on iphone/ipod instead of the ipad or vice versa? Also check out this icontrollad 2 http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1703567677/icontrolpad-2-the-open-source-controller
I did adjust them. I put sprint next to fire, I made fire bigger, I put grenade next to object and knife under those two buttons. I don't have an iPad, so IDK, but I know that some players found the iPad better than iPod/iPhone.
I did. Made most of the buttons bigger and moved sprint under fire but slightly left. Also made radar bigger.
I don't know about iPhone, but Im an iPod user and when I played mc3 on an iPad it was a huge leap. Instead of the constant lag I ran it smooth and the bigger screen made the already easy hip firing incredibly easy. I felt like a hacker getting a nuke in 2 minutes or less.
I think iPad is way to big. They need to make mini iPad which isn't too big but not small like iPhone screen which covers the screen with buttons and Fingers.
I like the big screen and easy aiming of iPad (I've played mc3 on my cousins iPad) but I actually prefer the size of the iPhone. Especially iPhone 5 iPad > iPod iPhone > iPad
Yeah iPad is a little too big. But I'd prefer the big size rather than a small screen filled with buttons.
I downloaded mc3 last night and played 3 matches. I got my ass kicked in the first 2 and kicked ass in the 3rd. I'm on a 4s and there was no lag at all and I didn't notice if anyone was hacking. I enjoyed it very much and my biggest issue was the fire button, I'm gonna try and make it bigger
iPhone is more comfortable but there's no comparison between your general FOV on iPad. It's probably 65 on both(which is why iPad feels so big) but I can easily spot people across the map on iPad. But it does make my arms numb after a while, iPad mini would probably be the best blend between size and comfort.
2 out of 4 matches with lost connection, right after a kill. Is this common? And I can't seem to figure out how to make the fire button bigger
Pause the game > Settings > Controls > Customize > Pinch and spread fingers to change size of a button.
I downloaded it on iPhone and mc3 runs as smooth as butter. Hackers are annoying but still very smooth gameplay
Price drop on mc3, now it's 99 cents, in preparation for release of mc4 probably? So maybe sooner rather than later! (this week or next week!) or maybe it's just on sale for its anniversary.
If you were conducting an interview... ... with the person in charge of Marketing and PR on Modern Combat, what questions would you want to ask him? Hypothetically. ... Ok, not hypothetically.
