If you bought iap, you're receipt that they email to you has a report problem button. Tell Apple support you bought iap and used it to buy items but they disappeared from inventory and now show up as unpurchased. You can also find a report problem button in iTunes in your purchase history. Only use this if its iap related. If you didnt buy iap and you're talking about gold earned in game, I don't know of any way Gameloft are going to be able to refund you that. [email protected] is a way of reporting the problem. If its iap related, only Apple support and the report problem button can sort that out. Edit. If its purely in game currency related, best thing to do is when you buy stuff, don't log out. Play a full match from beginning to end. Wait until the voting for maps comes up for the next match. Also, joining a match halfway isn't going to work so make sure you play a full match up until voting for next games map. The same thing has happened to others but this solves it. I generally play two full matches after buying stuff and use the load out of the stuff I bought just to be safe. The only way of getting that in game gold back is by playing some more and re-earning it. I've lost about 300,000 in game gold by buying stuff and then losing the items I bought by not following what I outlined above. But earned it back pretty fast and then just followed that tip above that Leegames left here on the forum. No real problem, just a glitch that they are trying hard to fix.
i've only managed to play 50kills in the ranked matches you select the gun, and press done..then do it again, this time attach any attachments you want..
Does this happen to anyone else? When playing on an iPod Touch 4G, the reaction time when you press the fire button, reload button, or iron sight button is quite slow, like half a second to one second. Is this he same on an iPad? It gets really annoying especially on multiplayer.
Woah this is really handy! Go to leaderboards and search for your name. Then click it and it takes you to your profile and shows all your stats and stuff! No need for pictures! Congress I don't fancy that much, but I always do well in it. Just see how I beat Rip there lol. Grenade kills are bugged though. Claims I have over 1,200 grenade kills. Knife kills are correct though.

did you join that match? or create it ?? I have yet to play a 50 kill match. I'm loving this game because of the physics, strategy involved and great maps. This game is so good that I've put a hiatus on my pc gaming for a while. btw, off topic but on Shadowgun deadzone there is a new feature called gangs. I know that Rip, maybe Killjoy, lolavi play sometimes. We should get together in gangs and kick some butt. Let me know what you think?? My fave weapon in mc4 is definately the socars with scope, extended mag, and suppresor ( not sure which one)
I prefer the ufia. But lolavi managed to convince me of the SOCARS, and i just realized its potential. Don't make a gang! It will pwn us all

Haha yeah this game is so good that I've spent lots of time with it, but seeing myself as only 346th(would be higher if I prestiged immediately) and other guys like rip higher, makes me feel better lol. I don't have Deadzone johnny. Doesn't work on iPod apparently. Also finally prestiged again

LOLavi, besides the extremely useful tips you said for ipod 4 users, I still suck at this game haha . But I like it, so I'll try to improve my skills with time. I wanted to ask you: may you post here, or send me by a pm, your attachments for the socar? I use it as my primary gun, but I find it very underpowered if compared with other guns, and I never win a fight even if I shoot a lot of bullets and they hit the enemy.
Okay online lag has to do with Internet connection. First of all when I play the match, it lags so bad 90% of times And when I am the host, god game is so much smoother! God damm you people with bad connection
I just purchased and later activated the artillery after a 10 killstreak, but somehow nothing happend... I wasn't sure what was going to happen anyway, but could somebody please tell me what it's supposed to do after it's activated?
x2 lol Question on reporting someone.. I was in a match earlier and a player named thomaslar99 was doing the speed hack like what ruined some MC3 matches. After it ended, I hit the 'Report' button for his name. But I was unable to explain why I was reporting. Will GL be able to tell that he was using a speed hack?
If you email [email protected] and give them the details of the match (user, time, region, anything else) and the user you suspect and the hack, they can investigate the username in another match and the server logs from your match. And if they determine he is hacking, he'll be banned. They should be able to determine if it was latency or a hack. The report button works as well as it leads to investigating a player and they can determine a hack or if the app has been modded at the server end. Either option really but the email means you can give more info.
I mentioned that back on page 79, my post said- "Ive noticed that if you create the match then it is super smooth, so that proves that any lag issues that people are having with the 4S are down to internet/server problems and not gpu lag. I have pretty good broadband so the mp games ive played have been great. Just a thought. " The 4s has plenty of power to run this game smooth online but it all depends what room you end up in.
i joined ranked matches...every matches i played were only 50 kill scores..never played 75,100,or 150..
