They are in the final stages of testing as of last week. So hopefully no later than June! It's supposed to be a huge update.

    My loadout:
    Suppressor
    Tact holo
    Tact 2 grip
    The ADS stock
    Ext Mags
    Really good surprisingly.

I prefer the compact stock. ADS stock is great for the KR-200 though.

I really don't get why people are complaining about the charbtek and compakt. Ufia, Socar, Vect-9, a quickscope from either shotguns and snipers, black mambas, SMG, KR-200. Look at all that choices.

But none of those can 2-shot with extreme accuracy from any distance (tap firing Charbtek) or assures that every single bullet hits an enemy, without ADS, to medium-long range.

The Charbtek and the compakt aren't OP in my opinion, they are just way too easy to use. For some of the guns you listed (quickshot, KR-200, Black Mamba) you need to be able to very well or be skilled in tapping accurately in quick succession to be effective.

Maybe I just haven't found an effective counter to them yet, but this is my in-game experience.

I suggest try a few handy techniques. Crouching while shooting might disturb their aim. Also, I find strafing left or right while shooting works, but not in a butterfly fashion. Rather, do it slowly, but enough to mess the enemy's aim.

Also the knowing the map is helpful. The map designs allow flanking, and I think that is the best counter.

Anyways, regarding charbteks, I remember Rip here say something about them relying too much on their firepower. Use this to your advantage. You can easily trick players. Me myself, I find staying on the balconies to 'camp' for a few kills help. Afterwards, jump down, and move backwards. Then escape. That's a good plan too.

I can actually quickscope well. I'm probably only a little bit less skilled then LOLavi.

The charbtek is a bit broken when it comes with balance but the good thing is that the people who use it are devoid of any kind of tactics or thinking which is surprisingly easy to exploit!

Charbtek is best assault rifle ADS and noobs use it and they can't hipfire so they ADS and kill skilled players easily. Hipfiring with charbtek does take skill, but noobs don't hipfire anyway.

Ive been playing MC since the first one and i ADS alot!!! Even in MC3 when hip firing was (imo) op, id still ADS regularly. Is it classified as a noob tactic? Because i feel as though you have to actually aim and rely on skill more so than spread

No I don't think hip firing is that hard. It just feels like the iron sights are really open when using the Charbtek but I would just use judgment and your hit markers to hip fire really well with the Charbtek.

No hipfiring isn't hard, but noobs don't know that. They come from they're CoD and ADS all day long and then they get the Charbtek and get easy kills.

Anyway, Sam I lost my iPod.

Yes there is retina for the iPad 4 but there is a bug which causes serious lag on iPad 4. At least until the update comes out.
