My highest position was 25. But I actually don't fight for the position on the leaderboard. And yeah.. I don't play online now because of the current performance on my iPad 4 . I'm waiting for the update. I'm just afraid it will take much time.
Can we please get an ETA on the graphics update for iPad? Are you guys going to make us wait weeks until they optimize for the iPad 4 (which should have been done in the first place, retina has been around for a year)? Or are they going to switch back to non-retina until that point? Seriously considering deleting for now.
I'm not going to argue about this furthermore. People are used to different framerates. And I can completely understand how you would feel it as unplayable. Feel sorry that you guys can't play the game, I'm still loving it. But I have gotten more lag after update. It's kind of annoying. Kdr dropped a whole 0.1. No not just 0.01. Literally from 2.62 to 2.53. After that drop I have finally started to ignore the kdr.
I have a feeling its going to be a while. Think of it this way....would they go back to non-retina now just to push out an update in a month or 2 that is retina again? Proving they really f-ed up? From a company standpoint probably not. I really hope I'm wrong but if they are all sitting there going well we will have the retina resolved in a few more weeks, they probably wont push an update until then.

Hey guys! Was thinking of picking up MC4, but I'm on the fence because of NOVA3. My concern's about how "fair" online play is going to be. I believe NOVA3 got a little out of hand with its Jetpacks and Rocket launchers and all. I had a really difficult time competing against higher ranked players simply because of their equipment and perks. I heard that in MC4, everything's unlocked from the beginning. Does that mean that even lower ranked players would stand a chance against higher ranked ones? I've moved from becoming a "core" player to a more "casual" one because of school, thus I can't afford to reach the higher ranks in a jiffy. @.@
Well. Practice and some attachments will get ya there. Watch out for that op guns tho. They kill you in a jiffy. What device do you play on?
Why cant Gameloft turn retina support off, submit the update and then worry about optimizing it? It should not be taking this long... unless I am missing something. The bugfix shouldve been submitted the next day :/ Unless Gameloft really screwed up.
It aint as easy. The coding, everything must be perfect. They can't just simply turn on the button and poof there goes non retina or retina. Everything must be perfect... It is a huge game. You expect a game this big fixed in a couple of days with only the montreal team on it? No offense, if any taken.
Yes I do. They just have to revert it back to the state it was before the update. All I have been told by Gameloft was that retina was turned on by mistake, unless I am told more I dont see the problem. It could be that there is a bigger problem here then just turning retina support off but I havent been told anything by gameloft, so I am kind of in the dark. Im still surprised they can release an update that took 3 months and let something like this slip through.
