Ok so what you do is you press down on the shoot button while sliding your finger in the direction of your target. I would recommend playing singleplayer to get used to the controls.
^This is precisely what every touchscreen FPS newbie should do. Jumoing into MP will only result in your ass getting handed to you, nothing else. And it will soil your views of touchscreen FPS gaming. The first touchFPS I played was Nova 3...after Shadowgun, Dead Space, ME: Infiltrator and the Nova 3 campaign.
I'm not a newbie since controls are almost same as before but I'll go to campaign first to customize controls
Something wrong with ur device. My device never lag for this game currently. Any print screen from 5?ipad 3 or 2?
Sprint on the left = win. Scope should be on the right. PS: One thing I like about GL's sprint button is that you can hold it to move w/o needing to use the movement joysticks. This is something small but lacking in Deadzone.
Is deadzone a good game? Last time i played mp. The bugs killed my mood to play so i deleted it. Has the bugs fixed?
Everyone seems to be using the scope on the right, but I felt it's easier on the left. For instance, if you see an enemy at a distance, I start shooting and with my right finger, I direct it to the enemy while I hit the scope with my left simultaneously. Works every time
Sprint or aim? Anyway, to put things into perspective, I love the default Nova 3 setup. (sprint left and sights right).
Scope for me is on right side. Almost all is. Why they're almost all on right is because of joystick.
When were there bugs? There has been a lot of lag lately, but I can't remember any game breaking bugs. Go try it...at least you get a different perspective of how a MP should be. Remember to set graphics to max to enjoy it on your 4S!
well, you can't scope and sprint at the same time anyway, so having them on the same side doesn't affect gameplay. If you keep scope on the right, when you see an enemy do you scope first and then shoot? or hip fire and then pause firing, scope, continue firing or something?
