Re send it. There is probably a back log. Plus it does take time to check the details you've given and put them back on at the server side. I'm sure some have just slipped by because there is a lot of people sending in and a lot of checking to be done (some are claiming losses where no loss occurred or a lot more than they lost). Just include as much detail as possible, like when it happened, what you lost and your username. It just helps them to find it quicker in the server logs. There's a lot of server logs. The support on this is genuinely very good, they just need a chance to catch up. Edit, plus the numbers of people on the desk over Christmas was very small so they do have a bit to catch up on and work through. But they are genuinely trying very hard to catch up and sort people out.
How does the process work? Can they see when you lost your gun or keep track of every lost gun? I sent it a third time.
Watching that, the main thought going through my mind was "does this kid do anything but play video games?". Because at a certain point when someone's that good then I just feel sorry for the guy. Later in life it could easily come back to bite him in the butt and it will not be pretty.
Well, it goes to the support desk to the technical team. They check your account logs and purchases/credits/items. The logs do still record what you had at different times and whatever is shown up as missing is re enabled/unlocked/added back. More or less. It's more technical but that's the long and short of it. Bear in mind the backlogs that have to be there at the moment. And that the support email is the best way. There is a link somewhere on their own website but I can't remember right now where. Edit. If you bought a weapon and then showed up as unpurchased, put in the weapon not the credits spent on buying it. If credits dissapeared from your bank, just put in the credits If you lost the weapon after buying it but then bought it again and it stayed unlocked, but you payed for it twice, put those details in because its the credits you're looking for there.
