MMO(RPG) Strategy Game(s) for iPad?

I'm looking for a game similar to Pocket Empires for the Android system if anyone is familiar with it. If you're not, it's kind of like a MMO version of Civilization, you conquer monsters, build up cities, and attack other players (there are 2 teams). There are also some RPG like facets of the game, like reputation (same thing as experience) and skills.

If anyone knows of a game like this for the iPad I'd love to get a chance to check it out. Also, it was a free game, that you could spend money on if you wanted to, but it wouldn't give you a huge edge (you couldn't buy your way to being uber).

Anyway, I'm going to keep surfing around the forum to see if there is anything like this for the iPad (or iPhone/Android system together).
