      You level skill by pressing the create button in the menu. Then drag the skills into the slots and press create. That will level them up (though not by 1 whole level. I think it's like .5 or something like that.)

      Wow a lot of low lvls r trading away their stuff.. Nice! I never traded away my stuff when I was lvl 20 cuz I had noob stuff lol :)

      Alright. And I know this probally doesn't belong in this topic, but whats the deal with skill recharging? All I see is a number by the skills stats.

      The recharge number how long in seconds you have to wait before you can use the skill again.
