I also second the idea of snipers, and how about a charge rifle. You can have strong, slow charged shots, or weak, quick ones. Similar to the alien rifle in The Conduit for the Wii.
I wouldn't like the charge ability unless it is auto charge. And we already have semi snipers (.223 rifle) in this game so yeah. Having a weapon with 2 firing modes might also clutter the screen.
Well it would charge up by holding down the R or L key, so it could work pretty well i think. And yeah, i see your point about the sniper
My gun I would carry two pistols that can equip 4-6 different type of bullets: gravity bind bullets (create a mini black hole to suck in enemies), sacred fires bullets ( that when you shot it looks like a red kamehameha), Goddess tear bullet ( which when you shot it will freeze ur enemy but also while traveling throught the air it for,ms crystals on the ground), and then regular shells. The way I would go about making the bullets for this gun (which I would call Keeper) is having to find schematics for it so I can craft my bullets. Also have a back story to it and start by saying before there were ruins of flesh eating robots, there was a great ancient war.. And many people then were pirates and magic users. However, in order to stop the war a group of elders created the magic guns called the keeper and it was givin to one person they trusted would succeed in stoping the war.
