Oh by the way, "Champion" is misspelled on the website. Also, are the scrollbars supposed to go down off the bottom of my screen? I'm on a Macbook at 800x1280 and even with Firefox in fullscreen mode I can't see the bottom.
Yes arena is the first focus beyond any stability issues that arrise =).. This is my engine and not a bought one so there has to be something Thanks keep it coming.. doom just sent the same message.. I must have a spawn point goofed..

Interested, but on the fence for now. I liked Necro Rising, but that wasn't exactly the most polished game in the world and had a very distinct "too much work for one person" vibe about it. This one doesn't exactly look less ambitious. Having two versions strikes me as being confusing and a really bad idea in the long term for a variety of reasons. 12 pages of thread and not a single post of solid positive impressions. Beta testers posting "it's awesome, buy it" doesn't quite cut it. That, plus already a number of posts complaining about various technical issues. Waiting to see what unfolds.

i just played for two hours straight. having a good time. my problem is that i'm out of bullets and have to use a sword i found. how can i buy/make some more? cause the bosses are really hurting me when i try to fight them close ranged.
I hope I made it. Finally got synced, and had to wade through all the menus and tutorial before I could get to the multiplayer menu. Set my name to StriveMind, but I don't see it anywhere now? Is there anyway to confirm? Either way, I reallllly hope I didn't miss the first giveaway.

I shot him like 7 time and he one shot killed me, that was my first match! You don't want to mess with Doom! Also for those who complain that the character sometime stops moving its because of the limited area that you can drag your finger around the joystick, just make sure you don't drag too far from the center and it will be fine. Maybe the joystick area could be increase?
Still no items. Registered as STRIVEMIND (since there was only an option for all caps). Jumped immediately into the arena. It was pretty buggy. I spawned inside a pillar, and then after 30s of that, it jumped me into the middle of the room, and I saw the other player stuck in a pillar too. Then a little while later, we both lagged like heck, ended up on the other side of the room, and preceded to blast each other. I won, and a big "player has disconnected" or whatever screen came up before I could loot the body. I ended up being able to loot anyways by moving the screen, and as soon as I did, it kicked me out.
