Fire rate is how fast it will fire. I've notice the .403 or whatever that rifle is fire rate is 4, I tried it and it fired really slow. I have a frost pistol that is fire rate 0, it fires as fast as I can push button.

I am char lvl 23. What is your ingame name and char level. I can go To lower levels and try to get some stuff.
Does anyone know what effect the quality of an item has? My current thought that the all qualities function the same but the resale value is just different. For example, my Poor The Hitcher has a -110.0 next to the Quality: Poor. What is the meaning of that number? Thanks in advance. [FYI I posted in the FAQ thread to silence]
Well this game has driven me to do something I never thought I would do....post my impressions! This game is badass! It was a little slow at first but when you get into the game and gain all the cool skills,armor,weapons..etc. It becomes damn near impossible to put down. I have put 450 hours into it and I still keep coming back for more. Also if anyone wants a lvl 7 fine acute hitcher of the acute weapon lemme know and i can send it your way. Hats off to the dev, you did an amazing job!
There are ballistic and energy. They each have diff ammo. Fire rate, amount of rounds they carry. Both have hand gun and rifle style. I've also seen, crossbow, rocket launcher, grenade launcher and a flame thrower. If you want more specifics ask, I'll try to do me best to answer. I've also ran into a fire energy pistol. ATM I am duel wielding frost pistols.. Pretty deadly.
Honestly, I don't pay attention to those number. I go by the armor value and if it has any other values such as str and int etc... Usually I believe it goes, decrepit, rusted, common, fine, superior and angelic..
Haha yea I mean minutes....I was too excited to go back and proof read my reply I also posted a review on Itunes...this game deserves more attention IMO.
