God, Dr. John is ridiculous. Is there an auto-heal ability later that automatically uses a potion when below 1/3? Also, is there any downside to pistols vs. crossbows besides the obvious aiming issue with crossbows? Btw, username is "ikemike" in case anybody has anything that could help against Dr. John. Potions are getting ridiculously expensive...
To make a great character...I always apply stat points evenly...try to load up on one value and see what happens.. Always sell anything that is below common....here is what I do..finish a quest, got to the store...open store..select item in inventory( brown, green, yellow.,sell for cash...blue white purple ..select item-compare armor points..use higher point item..sell other..if weapon..it is your call..I always base storage on damage number and mods of weapon..sell the ugly ones... Turn your auto loot on before getting into a quest..kill some stuff..don't look in your inventory untill hitting the store after finishing quest..it's like Christmas!

So Noogardluos is now not my favorite. Adren-Rush is! It with healing or any special ability = death. I one shotted a LVL9 Hell Guard with a head shot.
For reals? I always boost up "my favorite" stat in games like this. That's good to know you need to keep things even here. TY or the heads up! (Unless of course you're being sarcastic)
