Either way, I think it is a typo. 6875% is literally equal to hitting the target 68.8 times with one attack! So if my chain gun was doing 700 dmg on avg, AR will cause 48125 dmg

I think there's something wrong with the quest on level 6 where you have to hack into the terminal. I have the bar going from 0 to 20, but it's not doing anything. EDIT: Nevermind.

Can I take this deal instead? I have a copy of AR but I desperately need new weapons after the current update. My hitcher just expired (dmg wise), .223 ballistic rifles can no longer deal consistent dmg and my coolaid is weakening... Sorry awesomesauce, can I trade you some of my skills/weapons instead? So... How does one come about finding this AR skill? Also what lvl do you need to be to use it? EDIT: Ryan I was thinking in an update could you adress the controls a bit, maybe by being to adjust the size of the analog stick or make it where you thumb can't slide off of it (it doesn't reset if you push to far up on it), I have big thumbs and when I push up on it my thumb tends to slide of the top. All skills are found randomly. You can use them if you have them. No lv requirements of any sort. Just drop em into your quick slots and press them when you feel like it Passives work the moment you drop em into your quick slot.

I don't really need anything right now, already finished the game, just reporting because there's something wrong, been receiving every gift since 2nd week after release except for the last 2 ones.
