Put two skills of the same name (but not necessarily the same level) in there, and press "create". The resulting single skill will be 0.5 levels higher.
I don't know how people will react to this but I personally think there should either be an increased skill drop rate or increased stats with skill lv up. Just an opinion though. Oh and can I have some details in regards to melting items and a rough estimate as to what material to expect in return? I've noticed I'm getting medium materials but I don't feel like randomly melting every piece of junk I have to get the tiny ones (which I've so far found no use for, unless they can be 'traded' for the bigger ones?).

Mission Europa Trade Center GODDAMMIT!!! And what's with the HORDE KING??? Instant hit laser that halves my health and an AoE summon that does 1.8k damage??? I'm not surprised if my death count rises from 75 to 80 from that ONE HIT!!! <- It didn't... I've already got the best armor and shield I can afford from the shop. Spell spamming doesn't have enough damage to kill it before it kills me. Need stress relieve!!!

LOL!!! Well... those 'stuff' are actually of help to you right? PS: not a good idea to post armor, shields might be ok but seriously, if you're not gonna use them, chances are others won't. I only post items that have better stats in store, unique (weapons/extra stats) or ones I've found to be obsolete.
