Ah, just beat the Level 3 Boss. Used the torrent to do the dirty work. Looking forward to the update, as the Arena doesn´t work for me at all at the moment. I don´t even get the map screen.
Ryan, do you think you can fix the scenery collision detection on the next patch? I really think it should've been your priority at this point. Monsters firing through walls is not only pretty lame, but unacceptable, causing most of the cheap deaths. It makes playing strategic impossible and shows the limitations of the game engine.
Future patches sure.. Has not decreased My fun running akimbo blasting 30 dead un a whack. Not an engine thing an asset thing. Some Collision art assets Your Ganna love arena
i see you like to wink haha youu do it alot.. lol anyways.... WHOS EXCITED FOR DA UPDATE? ill tell ya what you guys.. my place.. all nighter mission europa haha
Pretty sure he meant torrent.. Makes sense to me. Torrent: 1. A turbulent, swift-flowing stream. 2. A heavy downpour; a deluge. 3. A heavy, uncontrolled outpouring.
Okay I think the infamous "Level 9" difficulty was overrated. Only died a few times and it was to monsters firing through walls... Captain Tentacle Head went down first try.
What do you need a review for? Enough other gaming sites did a review on Mission Europa anyway. Great game however, gets more fun as you progress.
I think a front page review would give the game more sales. The more successful the game is the more resources Ryan can channel into the next game or expanding this one.
Sure, but anyway, it´s hard to sell a complex game like this to a broad audience, especially on the iDevice. This might be one of the reasons why TA doesn´t do a review on this one. Ryan deserves every bit of support though, the game is nothing short of awesome. It´s not for everyone, but I don´t know a single game which appeals to all sorts of gamers. There is very little i can do besides buying the CE and leaving a review on iTunes, which i did.
Seriously.. Pissing on TA's wheaties is not going to make it any better. We all love the game, they may not. It's no great injustice that they haven't done a front page story on it. It has a huge thread and tons of TA's vets playing it. It does no good to get mad at the TA editorial staff though, either way..
