Apple has a set of developers that they check their apps immediately and approve it. Like gameloft and EA. So if this is a new developer or someone who doesn't make a lot of apps, then the process to approve this app would be alot slower than approving something like battleheart. I will also make the assumption that this game will probably release next week. I hope!
