Never was mad. Just confused. And other people's posts confirmed what I believed was what you said since they misunderstood it too. As you saw, just a few extra little bitty words would make it clear. I know Paco understood it, but you will find with misunderstandings just as many people do understand as don't so why take a chance? Thanks for clarifying and making an effort for the future! No more phantom sales!
I really like the art, the game is beautiful and the action controls are interesting. I enjoy to take enemies and launch them to another enemies, use fruits as weapons and have a little trip on the head of a creature As the others, I wish to see an update for the character speed which is a little slow. I'm surprise nobody complained about the controls, the jump is too short for me so I miss most of the big jumps and die. As there are no checkpoints, it's pretty annoying.
There is a world map, so you can complete past levels or play to your favorite levels again for fun (it's a 2d platformer!)
^^^ that one comment is why I'm not buying this app... I'll keep an eye on it, but if there's no updates, I'll pass on this one...
I don't see any fresh in this game. One more plataform game in the appstore, that will be forgotten in a week.
Ha... After writing this, and seeing the gameplay vid, all I've been able to think about is having a Mario 2 like game for on the go... Just broke and bought it. Even if there's no updates for the speed of character movement, this looks like a great platformer!
I LOVE this game! The movement isn't really bad at all... And the jumping sensitivity is perfect. Gameplay and graphics are great, I really didn't expect this to be as polished as it is, even after watching the gameplay vid, and seeing the screenshots... $1.99 is a GREAT price! I don't know why, but I'm blown away that the character blinks. =oP And to clear it up, are you going to update this app? Or is it finished and complete?
Thank you for finally bought the game. Development lasted 14 months, full time. The game has been released when it was complete and finished, not before, so there is no content to add to the game. However, the speed of the character has been slightly changed in version 1.1 (not yet validated by Apple).
That's a whole lot time, and sure you deserve a lot of support, actually I added it to my wishlist, it looks really nice, but that statement, while comprehensive, it's kinda inflexible, for example, no GameCenter, no achievements, etc. ever? Yes, I'm an achievement sucker, guilty!
The game is finished, people who have played the game seem to agree. I know, many people would like achievements. Unfortunately for now I can't spend more time on the game.
Hehe... Agree. The little white birds and flowers are pretty much achievements... Just 'pretend' that a little 'collected all stage 3 flowers - 20' is popping up on the bottom of the screen...
I saw your review on itunes, thank you. But please, pay attention when posting a comment on the App Store. There is no unreachable platforms, simply find a way to get there. I completed the game several times before the release....
I'm such an idiot.... Yeah, sorry about that... Didn't really try everything I could to make that jump... Review is now changed. And now that I'm on stage 9, I ABSOLUTLY LOVE LOVE LOVE this game!!!!!! The further I get, the more impressed I am. Really, WONDERFUL/AMAZING game you've got here, Chris. Totally gonna recommend it to... Well... No one I know has an iPod... But almost all of my daughter's friends do, and they're gonna get me hounding em til they buy it. Hehe.
