My guess for Hardgore is that it will be similar to Defender Chronicles in the aspect that there are people who attack, not the tower, and the game will be viewed at an angle (like Minigore is), have those great boxy 3D graphics (their heads are so funny ) and have tons of polish, maps, towers, and enemy-wise.
Id prefer running around a village placing wild polar bears and penguins to stop the furries (or whatever enemies there are). Whack idea i know haha
Haha you have the worst argument ever. You can't just say false especially when there were three points. And all it says is that it's a tower defense or village defense like game with Santa and penguins. Te devs have said that many times. And you can see that by looking at the pictures
Because it's 99 cents. The perfect price point for all the 12-year-olds who post here. Can't think of any other reason this game warrants 80+ pages of discussion. I watched the video, and it looks very repetitive. It seems like it would be a lot of fun... for about two minutes. It looks like iDracula...and we all know how hyped-up people here were about that game!
I apologise if it's mentioned somewhere in the midst of the 800 odd posts but can someone please tell me if this game has an online leaderboard?
Thank you. You're right, of course, it looks like a decent little game, but ultimately it has no more depth than most of the other $0.99 games out there. It's not ambitious or ground breaking, it's not going to be anything more than a couple of hours of fun when you're bored. As you said, it's the kids wetting their pants because a game that's well polished is coming out at 99 cents. And it'll probably be worth it, I can see myself playing this for at least half an hour before I get bored and never touch it again. The only people who play this for more than a week will do so because they tell themselves it must be worth it, because of the hype. Personally I'm interested in games that actually have longevity and depth, which are unfortunately outnumbered by simplistic, repetitive games like Minigore in the appstore (for obvious reasons).
That's probably what's going to happen with me. I've never played a twin-stick shooter in my life, so this will be my first. I only like a few games that have depth on my iPod (Like Zenonia.) I like having small simplistic games on my iPod Touch so I can just play on the go, then when I'm home, I play my Nintendo DS for actual games. Just my thought.
*sigh* I really don't see why people not even interested in the game in the slightest have to come to a thread where people are bothering nobody else and are hyped about the game and call them 12 year olds etc. I mean whats the point? This happens at every forum I've been to and its really starting to piss me off. Regardless of the game or the topic, can't you just leave them in peace instead of just coming in to use the most used put down on the internet by calling them kids or 12 year olds? I'm sorry, but its just getting really tiring. And as for the age thing, there are some 12 year olds and around that age that are more mature than some people near or over 20. Hell, I dated a girl one time who was 30, 8 years older than me, yet I was more mature than her . SO DROP THE LAME, OVER USED AGE PUT DOWNS. It's getting old.
It's called discussion. There are 2 sides to any argument. We're not allowed to say what we think of a game, in the thread dedicated to it? That's ridiculous. Stop baawing and spouting utter tripe when people don't agree with you. If you can't take differing opinions then let me tell you, the internet is not the place for you.
Lmao the whole problem I have is people bringing the age thing into it and/or making fun of the rest of the people. I have no problem with people discussing different views if they do it civilized. And btw, I never said I liked the game so nobody is agreeing with me. In fact, I never posted in this thread yet.
