They screw up BIG time so they must be responsible for it!! I'd say 100,000 kills sounds about right. Seriously, that's the least they can do after farting on their customers' faces.

I had everyone besides Sensei. Its not that I want to start over, I just have no harsh words to say about MS. If I remember correctly, Timo said from the beginning that they were new to programming. They are learning, and at the same time, creating one of the best games for the iphone (my personal fav). Minigore is the only app that has never left my ipod.... 100,000 is reasonable, I would even say 200,000, which is what they are promising I believe....
or even if they give us 'Unlocks Points' they could give us (example) 3 unlock points that we can use to unlock any character, bar john gore santa and sensei evan
You people should just be happy knowing that the Dev will be correcting the issue and was aware of it almost instantly after the update hit. MS will be working on the fix and probably update shortly, be patient. It's not like there are 100,000+ other games,apps to play with on your iPod,iPhone right?

Agreed, I cant even count how many people I watched download the update two hours after I and most eveyone else knew it was bad.... Then come to TA and playhaven wondering what happened to their save file
dont be stupid? dont be stupid..? its the same thing as kills except in UNLOCK POINT FORM if anyones being stupid its the ones acting like their going to die because they lost progress in their game. yes it shouldnt of happened but is it the end of the world?
If it's the same thing then just give us 100,000 kills! See, if you're giving three unlockable characters except john gore santa and sensei evan then basically you're giving not more than 51,000 kills. Why? Because the sum of the 3 most expensive characters is 51,000 kills. Don't think we can't do the math. You guys can at least sincerely say sorry, but not even one effin sorry comes out of their mouth. Instead you come up with a dozen excuses and say 'shit happens' or 'it's just a game'. Even the compensation feels like 'whatever, as long as they shut up' effort.
MS are is quite a tricky position. If they give away 1,000,000 kills to compensate for the lost stats in an update, then what about all the other people who did not update the game? They basically get the game finished without losing their data as they will be given 1,000,000 kills as well, which would ruin the game for them. But if MS go for a low number then all the people who have lost their data are going to rant and go on a rampage! I don't see how this can be resolved peacefully.
Find a middle way. 1M kills is definitely a little high, I doubt the majority of users reach 1M already. 100,000 is reasonable, a few pages back (either in this thread or in the other thread), people seem to also agree 100,000 is reasonable.
