it is minigore's tradition, after the relase failed customers, ppl start to fire each other and become out of topic.... BUT that's the FUN part of this thread. try to relax, sit back and watch... fire fire bring it on!!!!

Why do they keep the game on the AppStore? I know sometimes if a devloper has a bad bug in their game they'll pull it until an update comes out. As the only thing keeping it up there will do is turn people off from the game.

Lol apparently this game, probably the simplest and worst dual-stick shooter out there, has more bugs than all the other dual-stick shooters combined. The question of why anyone would waste a few hundred hours shooting the same enemies over and over again to unlock a different skin is still an enigma.

Thanks. Can't wait to get back on the grind.

Despite the issue(s) at hand...the implented stuff in this update really brought a good deal of life to the game. Playing the bigger levels with the shading, bullet shells, etc... Has made it the best update(for me) because for some odd reason, the game feels more engaging. Zombie Gore is my new favorite character next to ninjaman and enviro bear.

I'm at the point where I can care less (to an extent) about getting my prior kill count back; I just want to start playing with no issues from here on end. And hopefully soon.

i don't know about you guys, but i would prefer they submit the bug fix NOW and wait until later to make up for the lost data. right now, people who accidentally updated can't accomplish anything in the game since it will reset when you exit the app. if mountain sheep submits it now, people can at least start racking up their kill points again.

You give them too much credit. They probably still have no idea what cause the bugs, let alone finished the update :p

And it's surely gonna be 'EVEN BETTER'!

It's like Windows. Insecure, slow, bloated, copycat, always overpromised and underdelivered, delayed, full of preloaded crapwares and prone to data loss – yet people still use it. Why? Because both developers call themselves Ms.

"The fix is already implemented and we are now working on ways to make up for lost data. The update will be submitted in the next few days. Thanks for your patience and understanding, folks! Again, truly sorry about the data loss."

    I think it's pretty decent.

If this is the worst, what are the best ones then?

I'm asking that seriously, by the way.

    I said don't look here!
i honestly am believing that while they say they know what it is that bugs the game up, they dont.. but they say they do and use the excuse of compensating us to by time, I personally miss playing minigore of my morning commute now that it doesnt keep score, and while I have a ton of other goodies, this one stood out, but the devs are not working hard to help us be able to play again.. If the fix to the glitch was ready, and I was the dev, it would be submitted instantly so that people could enjoy playing my game and ratings wouldn't go down the crapper anymore (My 5* went to 1*).. They should of submitted the patch as soon as it was possible, and then done something to pay us back. I'm still pissy that i lost my 990, yes thats 990, only 10k kills form sensei evan, but just being able to play would be fine with me now... I wish MS could get their act together and stop acting like MS(Microsoft), the only difference between the two is microsofts product is finsihed(suposedly)..... If I were to update and fix it tommorow morning I would be very happy but I know MS doesnt care for its customers, so I'll just wait for a beta tester to tell me its my fault for updating, and that I should check every update, from doodle jump to pocket god before dowloading because otherwise the game will commit suicide.. oh wait in all 1000 million updates for both nothing bad has happened.. hmmm and they were complete from the start and only get better... I wish MS could start caring for us customers everyonce In a while... if the update comes out soon, fixes the problem, and somehow I love minigore again, I might actually think about buying the dlc again (which I would of done after I updated)...

"The fault was in build finalization process. We implemented anti-cheating measures a couple of episodes back which rely on matching version numbers. One of the version numbers was not updated and it caused the game to completely reject new save games. It pains me how small an error can cause such wide-spread havoc!"
    -straight from the blog
but hey maybe there making that up to

hmm I'm just nitpicking but pocket god had an update that crashed whenever you entered the app also the original pg was less complete then minigore but again I'm just nitpicking, arguing for the sake of arguing like 90% of the people on this thread
