MS should've been more upfront about this: We need 99 people to defend the game. We don't need you to test the game, we don't need your input, comments or suggestions. Just defend the game and we'll give you a free copy of Minigore.

You do know they didn't give the betas the final build of the game.

 

A beta is still considered a free game.

 

I do, that's why Azrael and I said that Mountain Sheep want 99 'beta-testers' not to test their game but to defend it on the net.

MS doesn't trust their beta testers and obviously doesn't need their feedback, that's all.

umm im a beta and im not defending it, this update is absolute crap although theyve improved a bit in terms of handling it.. they should defs take a look at that poll for compensation though..
plus any beta that isnt praising minigore forever gets beat with a stick...

still everyone should probly stop arguing about how mountainsheep are or arent crap and start working out how they should be compensating people so that everybody can be happy

I watched Red Furries, who exprore when shoot on him, but in 3.7 it's not!!! And in video Zombie Gore hav'nt dual wields machine gun! It's beta!!! But I will play vs Red Furries!!! I think they will be in 4.0

 

I just saw what had to be a first...a thread asking for compensation kills. Sad really...we already have too many lawyers in this world

 

idk about you guys but i updated, have all of my kills bought and unlocked characters and everythings normal....

EDIT: nvm just played and it crashed and everythings reset

 

I can't imagine how they will give the game datas back and fix the problem.

I started writing a post about people's expectations, entitlements, justice/fairness, compensation culture. I just gave up and deleted it. Why do people play games? I don't know anymore, I thought it was supposed to be fun...

 

People seem to have forgotten about the fun part especially after reading through threads like these.

Fun is killed by cheating. This time the developer cheated the players.

 

Ok how are they supposed give back kills and characters to people who didnt use openfeint smart one

 

welli think one of the better ideas was to have all the characters kills in half for like a month

 

Is there a top kill leaderboard in OpenFeint that has everyone's kills stored? That seems like it would be a great idea for a leaderboard and would be a spot the kills could of been restored from.

 

Yeah there's no fun in grinding to unlock your characters. 'You reap what you sow' will apply to MS.

They screw up, they don't want to restore our kills, fine. That means they must also accept what's coming to them so you guys can stop defending them.
