^^ Why would you want two iDraculas? That would be pointless. This is a seperate game and for sure not the same

The publisher is the same, not the developer.

I believe in one of the reviews they mentioned listening to Drowning Pool's "Bodies" song. I highly reccommend this :)

Fun little game. The Zombies & Me of twin-stick shooters. Worth the money.

This is graphically beating iDracula, but iDracula has so much more content; perks, power-ups, so many maps and game modes. But Minigore gives you your dollar's worth.

    very fun, nice look.

now raise the price to 4.99 or more and give me a story, levels, objectives, and achievements. in short, make a game out of it instead of isotope with new graphics please.
keep the current style for a survival mode.

Explain to me how it didn't live up to the hype? It was always billed as a stylish episodic 3rd person survival shooter. Which it is. Some people really like that genre, and so were rightly excited by the prospect. Is it going to change your life? No, but no-one ever said it would. If you don't like this type of game, are you going to like it? Probably not, but for £0.59 you might as well try it.

I know it's a cliche and somewhat of a cop-out, but like Pocket God, if you're not enjoying it, you're just not getting it. And there's nothing wrong with that.

    at my computer?
I am actually quite surprised by how fun this game is.

I mean it's definately not worth all the hyper that it received, but it's really not that bad. It is an entertaining shooter that will be awesome with updates. If they ever add two player co-op over wifi this will be awesome

Fun Game right now though, but it does need some meat to it

lmao WHAT DID PEOPLE EXPECT THIS TO BE

All of the videos just showed the gameplay we ended up having.

It is a shooter. It has one level. We knew this forever.

    It costs 99 cents.

    People are ridiculous.

Oh, you obviously didn't read the minigore upcoming thread. This game WAS being billed as life-changing. It really can't be compared to Pocket God, because Pocket God isn't really a game. It's an interactive experience. Minigore is a game...and a very simple and shallow one at that. It has some very good things going for it, and I'm hopeful that the updates will allow it to rise to a higher level, but right now it isn't even in the upper echelon of survival shooters. This isn't a situation where either "you get it or you don't" because there's nothing unique about it that makes it understandable to some but not to others. This game had set up a standard of anticipation that was so ridiculously out of proportion to what was going to be released that it was bound to disappoint some people. I wasn't disappointed because I knew what I was going to get before I got it, and stated so many times on the upcoming game thread. I don't blame the developers for this because they weren't responsible for the crazy hype, they were simply giving the slavering masses on the upcoming thread what they wanted.

Are any of the people who were practically suicidal waiting for release disappointed by it? Because that is the benchmark I'd set, not whether or not people who had only seen big numbers next to the thread on the homepage like it or not. There is a difference between hype and anticipation - hype is generally generated by someone related to the game's development or publication, and in this case I'm fairly sure all Chillingo and Mountain Sheep have done is release info about what's to come. Meanwhile, the anticipation on the TA thread reached fever pitch, but unless you frequent this site you'd have no idea about it.

Oh, and just for the record, you clearly don't get it :p

Ya it was late, was shooting through the pages cause most were just blah on the phone and guess I missed em. I did look now and wish I would have seen them.

My comment was meant to be a light hearted rant, obviously not to be taken seriously. Being in forums for a long time I can understand why some are getting defensive. Most of the other threads that I've seen regarding something being "out" are usually good threads to determine whether or not the app is worth buying or not. I was expecting the same... Guess I needed to work harder and wade through the hype. I appologize to those that took offense, I'll tone it down some.

im enjoying it alot. the little things done professionally are what make it so fun. well done sound effects (voice, shotgun, etc are perfect) the visual damage to gore after he takes first hit, the music is even cool though i rather play to metal (briefcase full of guts is a good example) everything is really polished. I'm hoping the amount of sales will lead to an active and listening developer...
