DLC is optional. 2 characters in the game are DLC and all of a sudden you being "charged for an update".. honestly.. think before posting

and no its not actually the 2nd episode.. ep2 bought new features to touch up the game. it was a small update but it did change the game play somewhat massively

    Thanks.

Just bring in Ooga from Pocket God as the third guest. That's what I need :p

I think I will get one of the two DLC's, probably Santa. It would've been nice if the two characters were sold as one.

Haha. Maybe they'll have little safehouses for you to rest in. His hobbled walk and eye slits always made me laugh. And here come the Asian eye jokes. [/flamesuit on] :p

Ooga would be pretty awesome. Maybe have Pocket Girlfriend as the 4th guest? :D just playing around here guys...maybe. ;)

How about a Zombie? Maybe a ninja or if it's supposed to be all guests then zombie from CoD:WaW and Ninja from OMG! Pirates.

    Agreed.

Also, DLC is not working for me, I get errors about "sandbox mode". Yes my device is JailBroken, like millions of other iPhones. No I did not know that would screw up DLC (why would it?). Damned :(

Hmm, sorry about all of you guys with problems on JBed devices. I used to have my iPod Touches JBed but haven't since the 3.0 update. Though I feel bad for you all, before you jailbroke it, you should all have known the consequences of your actions. I suffered some major blows as well when mine was jailbroken. But even though developers aren't supposed to be worried and concerned about this sort of thing, let's hope they have an update fixing it for all of you. It'll certainly be beneficial to them because of a sales increase. :)

Same thing happened to me for C&C. The only fix is a restore, I re-jailbroke immediately, but DLC still works fine for me now.

    Hi,

One easy solution for the sandbox problem, restore your device.

There is always a tradeoff for doing something jail breaking, this is one of them.

I am jail broke but do not mess with the DLC stuff so I did not know of this.

This and SMBall 2, darn it to heck.

Jailbreaking an iPhone is common sense, it unlocks 80% of the real power of the device.

This is the very first problem I've had since Jailbreaking, and I've been JBn since the first iPhone. It doesn't even make sense, why would it screw up in-app purchases if you can buy off the "app store" app?

Edit: restoring will be a tough decision, but likely I will. I simply love the Minigore franchise too much, and I want to support them as much as I can ;)

Yeah, I had it jailbroken before and I loved it because there was so much more that I could do. But after 3.0 came out, and all the hassle about Apple fixing this and closing that, I haven't really gotten back into it. At most, I'll leave my 3GS as it is and maybe JB my iPod Touch but I'm not sure if it's still possible anymore what with the patch that Apple installed.

Anyways, on to Minigore. What would you guys say I should get? Envirobear or save up for something even more grand, perhaps even *gasp* Sensei Hsu?
That'd probably take me a month to unlock with my gaming schedule. Lol.

For those of you who didn't scroll to the bottom of that thread posted by MacGyver (which is probably around 80% of you), there's an easier way posted at the bottom. Just letting you guys know.

The In-App purchases? Yeah, it's completely regulated by iTunes. So, in theory, you should be able to repurchase them again and again for free and also be able to download it like other apps but that's just in theory.
