I was pretty disappointed to see DLC as well. $1 for each character, honestly? With all the crap this game went through and how long it took us to see 1.1, I'm surprised they think will people will pay for characters.
That's the problem with this forum... It's difficult to state an opinion about a game if it's negative. Why call names and get nasty?
im not surprised at all. They know they have a giant group of followers that will buy it and those will push them up on the list even if other won't. its good marketing really lol. but even for the people who dont really like minigore you have to admit that this deserves the top 50 more than "pocket girlfriend"

Why doesnt mounatain sheep become their own iphone developer? I'm pretty sure Chillingo eats their profits so why bother? Is it becausew their foreign or what? cuz thats stupid havin to go through to publishers.. and for DLC its 1 dollar each and you can't unlock the paid stuff unless you buy it.

You mean they're own publisher? Even though Chillingo takes a portion of their profits, Chillingo is a well-known name, and its less work for MS if they have someone else publish it.
Meh, got wormwolf'd @ 12k trying to reach for the grenade launcher. Game is pretty nice, changed char since Jerry is crashing on me so I'll play as John until I unlock evan... 7.2 kills to go!
If you can do 10K kills in half an hour, you'll have that covered in less than two days... if you skip sleep. Btw, the characters are also usable in the upcoming multi-player mode which should add a bit to their entertainment value.
We had the choice of publishing the game on our own but since we're a small team, Chillingo helped us reach a bigger audience with Minigore, making reviewers know about it, etc. The usual stuff that publishers do. Because Chillingo published Zen Bound and iDracula, it was much easier for a lot of people to take a chance with Minigore.

God no... too buggy to play... 3rd time my itouch crashed because of this game, now even with John. Happened at the 12k cap, it was at night and I was about to become human again (was in beast form). Guess I'll have to hold my urge to play this game because this is getting to my nerves D:
oh alright that makes sense. You guys ever think you will break off? Or no? I love the update, but i dislike Jerry as everyone else, he crashes the game and he just doesn't look clear enough as John and the gang!
