Eh lol I paid $2.99 for it to crash bug for a few days and a day or two after the fix now it drops in price? Next time I'll wait a week or two before buying Mountain Sheep games.
Y'know it does sorta suck, but otoh I can see why it happens. I mean its the nature of the app store that a pretty huge percentage of the ios gamers are always going to "wait for a sale" but if the sale doesn't happen for a long time most people simply forget about the game. By launching and then having a quick sale all those people who are going to wait will jump on and grab it before they have a chance to forget about it. Devs probably gain more in sales than they lose by pissing off the early buyers...
Feeling the same way, not cool devs. Still a great game, but I don't care for devs sticking it to early adopters.
Who cares if the price drops. No need to get upset. You wanted it sooner than the sale and you got it before the people getting it now. Be happy you supported the dev. I have bought so many games at full price and had them go free at some point. Everyone here should know by now that many games drop in price so if you decide to pay full price, you know this is a possibility. Just bought MC4 for 7 bucks, knowing it will be .99 at some point. Who cares? I am playing this now rather than waiting. Everyone who bought this early paid $1 more. Next time a game looks interesting don't buy it, play the waiting game and when it goes down in price you can then brag you got it on sale.
Really? Well I dont know how I am feeling about this sale thing, usually I dont mind because it happens like a month or two later. But this is 1 week later.... Pretty soon no one will buy any games right away (as early adopters) and wait for all of them to go free. Sales are fine and all but 1 week later feels like thats a bit to soon.
Thing is some of us didn't get to play at release because the game was broken and crashed all the time and the update that fixes all that was released today so I can understand that people are upset.
I was on the last level. Had a half heart left and decided to buy the extra heart, when I returned to the game I had the 4 full stars but it started from the beginning. Shouldn't it keep my game going? also, hate how when you go to beast mode, Methusala runs off the screen.
I dont think he does. Rather, I think he runs away at 8000 health, comes back later, runs away again at I think it was 6500 or 6000, and the third time he comes back, he is there to stay. Clovers should be saved for the Monstrosity (fatal if you dont have a weapon because of the accompanying packs of quick little attackers) and the final time Methusala comes back. John Gore (after Methusala) is very tiresome, but his attack pattern is simplistic and he is all alone, so as long as you have any sort of ranged weapons sufficient to wittle down his health anywhere on the board, you should be fine.
Anyone else dislike the auto aim on the swords/axes/hammers? I prefer to play walking backwards and shooting whats behind me. You can't do this with the hammers(etc), which makes picking up boxes impossible because it will smash them automatically. The only alternative is to release the trigger, which causes enemies to creep up closer for that split second.
Have updated and sorry to report another bug. Reached level 41, unlocked bike baron and tried to start a new level before game crashed and now won't load - closes every time I try and reopen :-(
Yeah, I know what you mean. Auto-Aim is a mixed bag in general. It's good in that it allows you to focus more on the positioning of your character, instead of having to worry about taking out each individual enemy. But at the same time can be a hinderance for the situation you described, and for situations like boss fights, where the Auto-Aim focuses more on the enemies floating around the boss instead of hitting the boss itself. If this is a spoiler comment then feel free to block it out, but I find that keeping Auto-Aim on and circling the bosses while being very close to them is a great way to take out the boss quicker while being able to focus on the minions floating around. Another good thing is that at least Auto-Aim can be disabled at any point within the game. If you see a situation where it would be better to turn it on or off, at least the option is there.
