Damn, I can't play this again until the update. Stuck with the wheel glitch. After progressing this far with the wheel, switching to another control method on a track with extremely aggressive opponents isnt exactly an easy thing to do. Hope the update gets approved quickly Also good news about iPad/iPhone iCloud sync.
The tank controls aren't too bad. But you are right you won't get first place, about the best you can hope for is second or third, but its still enough to keep progressing until the update comes out. It seems everytime that same track comes up you'll have the steering control issue so get used to it.
Any chance of getting online multiplayer by early 2013? I know by Christmas would be to much but i just hope eventually... This game is way to good not to have it... I also started expeincing crashes usually after a race, glad to hear a patch is coming soon.
Thank you for getting back to me so soon, I purchased a pack and it showed up on the game and then went on a car trip and looked and it wasn't there.
Found another little bug: When i win the last race on the last champions cup, i always get booted out of the game to the ipad homescreen just after i got my win money. When i go back in the game the win isnt registered and i have to play the last race again. This repeats itself over and over again, so its impossible for me to finish the game. Got gold on all races exept the very last one.
Please let us know on the update. Its very frustrating in the later levels when the bugs are plentiful. Its to the point where i don't like playing it very much anymore, which is sad because of the glowing review i gave it earlier this week. It has the potential to be game of the year but the lack of beta testing or feedback about the update is very disappointing.
Just got the HD version of this game and it looks and plays very good! I notice the game center achievements have glitches though. I already unlocked Mini Motor Master which is win gold in every cup but I'm only on the 2nd cup lol, and "first" hasn't unlocked for me yet even though I have won all my races so far in first place. Good game just has glitches obviously since I read a lot of people are having issues
There are problems with the physical on tracks less regular (i.e. Xmas): the car often stucks or skips or skids without apparent reason. Maybe a not sharp 3D perspective or something else.
Yeah, that's what I'm having. I hate Desert and Cliff because the cars seem to always get stuck around hills or wobble as they're going down hill. The rest of the tracks are amazing.
Hey guys - everything posted about here has been addressed in the 1.1 patch however it's approval is out of our hands. Unfortunately, we know no more about it than you guys. You'll probably even tell us it's live before we even know Lets hope it's soon!
I think this game is ok, i like racing games and it is different and i enjoy it a lot. But have problems with one of the tracks, turbo cup, 6 laps grand prix, rev, and cant progress because of it. The steering is all messed up. Otherwise, the game is ok, i dont think the game is worth $4 in ipad, maybe $2, i play it both on iphone and ipad, and i like it on both of them. Besides the fact, that the cars seems to be ramming each other and you get stuck a lot, and it doesnt like it when you are near the wall, it is ok.
Always nice to see the game developers on here involved in the threads and working on updates. Great support guys!
I love the alpine track. Has the feel of a real race track. The long winding straight and the hairpin. Love it.
