It surely seems a minor bug, nonetheless it's still here months later I've been away from the game for some time and I assumed it would have been fixed by now. Unfortunately it seems mojang has been busy with releasing the dumb Wii U port (only a brainless being would make a Wii U version without inventory management on the gamepad with touch controls, especially years after a mobile version entirely based on touch controls...) I hope they're aware of this issue and can fix it in the next update...
An inventory screen on the pad will be availabile later down the track for the WiiU version. It's only the first release, minecraft get updated all the time.
Still, I think that's number 1 feature anybody would think about for a Wii U port and it's plain dumb not to have it at release :/
They just wanted it to be available before Christmas. I'm pretty sure it's coming out for retail as well, so it was rushed out. They also wanted to compete with Terarria which also was rushed out for 3DS eshop. The changes will be made sometime during the year.
The 0.14 update came out over night last night. From the update notes: - More Redstone components! Comparators, repeaters, dispensers, droppers, hoppers, trapped chests, and various additional Minecart types - Spooky witches and their huts, complete with cauldrons filled with random potions and the ability to dye Armor - Item Frames to display your coolest loot - Slime blocks - Wearable pumpkins - Red sandstone - Improved chicken jockey mobs - 15 new Redstone Specialists skins for your Redstone engineering, mining, rail-riding and TNT-ing! I can also confirm that it fixes the MFI controller bug that made it impossible to use both analog sticks simultaneously (so you couldn't move and move your head at the same time).
Wild guess here, but I imagine worlds are saved in the documents folder of the game, easily accessible with iFunBox or similar. It might even be accessible through the iTunes archive share. Check it out.
I own both, and I think this one has more precise controls when setting/destroying blocks. It's also getting updates which make it nearer to the desktop version, plus it's the real one. Think GTA vs Gangstar
I don't know that, sorry. Haven't played enough in any of them to say, since I have only played construction mode.
Survivalcraft is a lot more complex when it comes to survival. You have to worry about hunger, weather, humidity, warmth, etc.. Weather actually has an effect on your character, unlike Minecraft. In my opinion, Minecraft is pretty boring when you play survival mode, but it's great for building things. Basically, get Survivalcraft if you want to survive, hunt animals, and adventure. Get Minecraft if you're a more creative type of person and want to build things.
I love them both. Survialcraft doesn't do mfi, that was a deal breaker for me. Survival craft for Windows 10 however, great game.
Hey guys I started a thread for Realms in the MMO/ add me section. That might be easier for everyone and not just clogging up this thread with Realms stuff
Im interested in creating a survival economy realm. I personally don't get much time to play because of real world responsibilities, but with realms I can leave it up 24/7 for you guys to build and play when I'm not online and I'm willing to keep the realm up if it gets and active community. I would like to build near spawn a town (there's a big planes biome to make this easy #) where players can build they're own shops where they can sell goods and build houses if you so desire. Would be cool if it can get to the point where if you want something you can just to go to town and buy whatever you need. For the economy part, we can start with bartering and latter develop a form of currency. Also the following rules will be in place; 1. No stealing or breaking other players stuff Breaking this rule may result in getting baned. Pranks are allowed as long as they're harmless. 2. Respect another players claim in territory. As the sever is new, players can claim any territory as theirs. Please be sensible, don't claim a whole biome for yourself#. Player is responsible for fencing off or making clear markings of his territory. Also in the town area (the plains biome near spawn) please claim small areas. Villages and temples are considered public property. 3. Do not destroy Villages and temples. If you take the crops, replant them. You can take the items in the temples but keep the structure intact when possible(if you get blown up in a desert temple this counts as accidental #). 4. No PvP excep in designated areas. We can build a stadium for this purpose. Also I'm thinking in making the nether no mans land where PvP would be allowed. 5. Be nice to your fellow players! Don't think I need to explain that one 6. New rules can be added and existing rules can be changed. We can make a whole legal system for people that break the rules and have a trial and everything #(Also good incentive to make a court house in the town). Well if your interested in joining reply with your gamer tag, age and why you want to join. 18+ in age is preferred but that doesn't mean your automatically disqualified if your under 18. Also building skill is a + but not requiered.
apparently you can't play minecraft multiplayer on iOS anymore without an Xbox Live account?! That seems insane. Why would anyone get an xbox live account for their ipad?
