I really want to get Minecraft for 10 euros before the price goes up, but I've only got 6.71 pounds left on my prepaid card on paypal! Would any reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally kind person want to donate 2 pounds to my account? =p an early christmas present? =) I don't really like mooching off of people, but I won't have a chance to get another prepaid card before the 20th, which is when the alpha ends, and when the price goes up.
Always worth a try! You never know if there is a really nice billionaire reading the forums who wants to donate a very small amount of his fortune to an unworthy cause. I was going to ask about someone buying me Minecraft, until I caved because I'm shy and hate being embarrassed. Hey, you never know!
Is it worth it to you? If you're willing to pay $10 for it, an extra 5 isn't much difference. If you want it, get it - no matter the cost.
But if you buy it after it goes up in price, only most of the updates will be free, not all. If you buy it before it goes up in price (before the 20th), every update will be free.
