This, there needs to be an auto save system. I have lost over and hour of game play and captures because of crashes. I was just trying to get into an arena match and game crashed and I was forced to load my saved data.

 

Yea the Save system is horrific - how anyone would think this can work with the degree of crashing that happens in iOS gaming was crazy. Just minimizing the game accidentally breaks it.

 

I didn't realize this was by the Hunter Island devs- now I will probably get it. I liked Hunter Island (and Dragon Island Blue).

 

I liked Hunter Island as well and decided to buy Micromon. I haven't had a chance to try micromon yet but am still confused on what the difference is between hunter island andicromon. I've never played Pokemon before.

 

It's not by Hunter Island's devs. It's the same publisher though.p

 

But were they good micromons? You can catch rares... you can catch 10 DRs... but never rare 10DRs.

 

I got an email saying " Thank you for playing Hunter Island. [...] We just released Micromon. [...] Sincerely, Hunter Island Devs

So if it isn't by them, they are taking credit.

 

I just thought I'd add that how rare a micromon is doesn't matter at all stat wise. Only DR matters so even if there is a common you like the look of more than an ultra rare you can use the common as they will have similar stats. I asked the dev this.

Also I'm only catching DR10 Micromon and so far only 1 from an egg and 4 more from the wild.

 

For those of you who used to play Pokemon... Remember IV (Individual Values) varieing from 1 to 31, in each stat? I think the DP within Micromon is the replavement of the IV's.

I played around 2 hours and didn't buy any IAP but allready own 7 Micro's with a DP 10

 

So after some testing, I've come to the conclusion that speed buffs/debuffs do nothing, which kinda sucks because they had a lot of potential. Also, a lot of the other buffs don't do anything either. These are bugs, and hopefully they'll get fixed soon.

Bought a gold egg, darn! Got a 4 star wind type. Wanted an ultra rare! He's still pretty boss. Uploaded a photo below.

 

True, but it's all about the moveset. That varies between micromon, and it would make sense if more rare micromon had a better set of moves.

Also, who did you guys end up catching and using for a water-type, if you didn't start with the water type? I'm sorely in need of a good water monster

 

I believe I hit the same email from the hunter island forum.

 

They did help the main developer, I think. Weird that they are taking full credit though. Are you sure they signed "devs"? Because it's by the same publisher.

 

One save file?! What is this, Pokemon?
...But seriously, what? No! I want to be able to play through the game again without losing my file.
Why would you not have the ability to do this?

Dragon Island and Hunter Island have multiple files. What happened here?

Can we please get another file in an update?

ps. im taking notes of all suggestions, already working on a few fixes.

 

Agreed with more save file and iCloud support to go from iPhone to iPad and iPad back to iPhone... Still frustrated when developers don't recognize that sometimes people like to use both devices and don't want to have two different games going at the same time.
