I hate that, always finding the evolved forms! I found a ultra rare with DR10 but it was the evolved form rather than the first one. Also unless you know them all which is pretty tough to at the start you don't know if it's the first form or not. I'd prefer just to catch the first forms to evolve them myself and tick both off the collection rather than capture an evolved and then I unevolved one. But since I only capture a DR10 I may have to do it that way. Also for water a Blufant is still pretty powerful even as a common. I'm only just leaving for Magma now and I've probably spent 8 hours on the game maybe? Not sure really but I am taking my time and making it last, exploring everything and keeping my whole party a couple levels above whatever the wild micromon are.
I tried to apply Pokemon logic to the game, reasoning that the further I am in, the easier it is to level up. So I just scraped by with two decently strong Micromons and spend a huge amount of time in the cave just before the final bosses levelling everyone else up. Worked, sort of. And the quests are simply run here run there, so if you ignore everyone you don't have to talk to you can shave off hours I think.
Amazing game. The price point seems unsustainable though, it's too cheap. Hopefully it will attract attention. My only gripe are the cluttered interface with the shopping buttons etc. I can see those fitting well in the menu with other options (although I know it's there "in your face" to try to convince people to spend some money). It gives a freemium vibe and really clutters the iphone's tiny screen.
200 diamonds give you 2 minutes in a safari park like zone where you can catch as much as you can with in that time. The best buck for your diamonds if you don't care for godly and legendaries. Lots of chances to catch uncommon and ultra rares at high DR no less.
The game actually gives you very little diamonds in total, and I hope the dev fixes this. If you don't want to pay for diamonds, and don't particularly care for the godly Micromons, spend your few hard earned diamonds at the Dr Luke's module thing. For 200 diamonds, you get 2 minutes in a Safari Park like place with a all you can catch buffet of high DR and uncommon to ultra rares. It's longer then it sounds. Each region have their own Luke after you beat the Legion member of that place, and each in their park contains Micromons from that region. (I.e you find fire Micromons at Magma's Luke module, ground at Mineralia's, etc)
Am i the only one who cannot log into the Arena ? It always crashes after it shows "Waiting for Players". Also, i noticed a problem with evolved Micromon's Stamina: They always keep their first stage's max Stamina value after evolution, whereas if you catch the evolved form directly you notice that they have much more Stamina...
What device are you on? iPhone 4s crashes every single time. Mine connected a couple of times, then crashes.
I have wizleon as well. I don't think meditate actually does anything. I've tried using attacks with and without the buff and I haven't seen any change. Which is a shame since it should be a ridiculously powerful move, one of the only buffs I've seen that would be worth using if any of them actually worked. also, none of the buffs that change speed have any effect (windtunnel, heavy feet, etc) This is especially disappointing. @ZigZag please take note of this.
I'm on an Ipad Air at iOS 7.0.3. I didn't have any problem buying Diamonds, but the Arena crashes every single time. That's not true, when i used that speed-boosting move againt a much faster opponent, i noticed that they no longer get two successive turns for the duration of my buff.
but if the opponent is the same speed, shouldn't you get extra turns? I've never used it against faster opponents since after a certain point in the game(around lv 30) every monster has evolved and you don't see the faster preevolutions.
Very disappointed with this. I bought gems to try it, in the 2 minutes I found no DR10s, only 1 Ultra Rare. All DR values were between 6 and 8. No legendaries, no godlys. My 200 gems would have been better spend on two silver eggs, which would be confirmed DR 10s.
That is not ideal. I would expect many dr10s for the price. Or switch it large sums of in game money and leave it as is.
So far into the game I have caught two DR10s one Sealeon and one Ashran! I also have the starter and two other DR10s from the egg they give you and one I bought with the diamonds I earned.
Hey so I have a Findoran who is the final form of the water evolution and he lost his passives? He now only has 1 passive and no more he will ever learn?? Anyone else have a micromon that evolved and lost skills? Also looking for advice for later on, anyone have any tricks for knowing if it's an evolved form or the first form? Is there a certain level where they all stop appearing? Surely through all the zones the micromon become higher level so will be evolved and not the first forms that we need?
In the North East there's a map with a little bridge slightly south of the path, across the other side is a guy in blue. It wouldn't let me go there on the way but now you have the quest you go over there and there's an exit by it to the army base.
I hate when players disconnect after they feel like they're going to loose. So lame, at least we get points for it.
