Yeah, though my taste is quite weird (never heard of anyone else who likes, or even heard of, ambient music for example; same with neofolk, triprock abd other weirder parts). But the weirdest thing is that when I showed some stuff to them, metal mostly, they liked it.

Haha keep having people listen to metal! The more converts the better!

And to be honest, I haven't heard of anyone who likes ambient music, neofolk, triprock, or whatever else you listed there lol. My friends probably have the weirdest taste in music though... They'll listen to some really weird crap, most of which I can't stand. I'm the only one of us who actually listens to metal... It's kind of sickening. At least I got one of my friends into Avenged Sevenfold...

Hah, not real converts sadly. Like I managed to get my electronic stuff (Pendulum etc) liking friend into some Devin Townsend. I'll show him some more later tho. Others just told me what they liked about songs I shared on FB (probably the only upside of registering there : D).

Meh, these aren't really popular, and tbh, I get why. Well, except triprock, with some advertising that genre could become insanely popular.
And yeah, having friends listen to totally different things sucks.

Sorry guys for a lack of posts. Had a team meeting that took FOREVERRRRRRRRRR at my office so yeah.

Most of those songs I knew from your rather awesomely large post, SomeRandomDude. Some are pretty good. I am still skeptical about Protest the Hero. Great band live, but I dunno. I have that Kezia album on my iPod and it's not bad. I like them as a live band better. F*cking hilarious live.

    Ouch. That sounds like shit.

Not gonna comment on this one. : D

Hmm. I totally wanted to tell you something, no idea what it was tho.

Bummer... Get that dude listening to more stuff. Townsend is definitely a good starter though.

And dude, I love Facebook. Almost all of my friends have one, and I've talked to some good friends on there who I don't get to see all that often. Its much easier than trying to convince them all to get AIM or some other IM program. Plus my friends post some decent stuff, although the annoying statuses about feelings and crap is getting incredibly annoying. I'd post music more often, but like I said, I have very few friends into my kind of music. Its just easier to share the link in a chat lol.

It was shit, but hey. Got a little bit of useful info from it.

You were going to tell me "Booch138, thank you for the awesome PM!" right?

I'm still on the fence about creating a FaceBook. I want one, but I don't want to have to deal with the pressure of having to talk to some of the people I don't want to. LOL

Yeah, I agree. Townsend is 'poppy' enough to start with.
And FB isn't that bad, just full of shit, even with my glorious 33 friends on there.
    : DD

Nah I didn't, but now that I saw it, I do. : DD
    Thanks man. :>

Haha I don't know about how those people are, but usually if you don't want to talk to anyone you can completely ignore them.

Btw, any opinions on that long list of stuff I posted a page or so back?

Haha only 33 friends? I have at least 200... Lol. And trust me, with 200 + friends, you're going to see a lot of statuses and stuff that'll make you want to punch someone in the face... Namely the people who complain about their lives or say how much they love their gf/bf.

Your welcome =D GL with it! I'll be on tomorrow so any questions that may arise will surely be answered.

I've heard (and liked most, cept not a fan of Zao) of most of those bands and those albums. Never heard of A Black Rose Burial or Megascorcher though, they weren't bad songs though! My favourite of course is that All Shall Perish song. I love that album to death.

Haha dude, gotta freaking love All Shall Perish! That whole album was insane... Eradication and A Day of Justice alone made the album incredible.

And MegaScorcher was actually a song by that C64 band you mentioned before... Sick stuff though. The Black Rose Burial song was pretty sick, but a bit of a mess at parts, but not in the awesome Devin Townsend sorta way.

I think my favorite stuff other than the ASP song has to be Protest the Hero... It's been a while since I heard them, but I'm now hooked on The Divine Suicide of K again. Incredible song.

Yup, intentionally this much, I pretty much only use it to communicate with my classmates quicker. Fine for that.

@Booch: I doubt you'll be able to handle the amount of questions. : DD

Gnight guys! Might check in later tho.

Yeah, I only add people from school and good friends of mine. I have a relatively small amount of friends... My sister and a lot of my friends have way more than I. I really dont want many more... A lot of statuses annoy the hell outta me. Still though, you can count on some people to have good statuses, like mine before I stopped posting crap. I'll try to find my old statuses... Which was over a year ago lol.

And Booch, any good music for me? I always have to ask.

EDIT: Just noticed that you posted that... And I love the Black Dahlia Murder! That's my kinda stuff right there!

Apparently it doesn't work on my iPod... I'll download it to my phone and give it a listen there... The computer's being used right now.

And I'd organize my music but I don't even have 200 songs lol.
