Yeah pretty much. Never gave his solo stuff the time of day really before you showed it to me. And I had only ever heard a little of SYL. It works out! Might even be getting my wife into his music more too. She is starting to like a few choice songs. And that's all I need. Yeah ahhaaha it's from a childhood favourite movie of mine called "The Labyrinth". You might have heard about it I dunno. Was way before your time that's for damn sure. It just has a nice sound to it that i want to amp up and make metal out of. LOL

hahahaha good luck. Yeah some friends I had that listened to garbage Reggae (That's right, I f*cking hate reggae) and stuff I just sat and made fun of them. I used to be a big stoner and always got asked "DUHHHHHH YOU LIKE THE BOB MARLEY RIGHT??? HE'S LIKE... GOD". And I said "No. He has 14 species of lice in his hair when he died, 9 species unknown to man, and made terrible boring f*cking music. Deal with it." Yeah but then I just realized the entire soundtrack was done by David Bowie (He even played the main villian character) so if you don't like his early 86' shit, you're probably going to hate it. LOL
Meh raggae isn't that bad. At least its fans don't have conversations like "Dude, heard this awesome song?" - "No - listens... - man, this sucks!" - "This is the first on the charts!" - "God, this is amazing!". : DD Sounds interesting.
It bored me to tears. There are some bands like Sumblime (I can only enjoy their first album) who can get away with some of it. But that's cause they also had Punk and Ska (Another genre of music I am not a fan of in the least) influences. But that's really about it. lol Who has those kinds of conversation? They sound like a bunch of tools. lol. It's one thing not liking a band at first, and then giving their music a once over again and change your mind on it but... what you said was bad. LOL Yeah it's super interesting. The movie is a trip. Everyone should see it lol.

I had a burned copy of their self titled album before I graduated high school but other than that album I havn't heard anything else hahahaha. Pretty fun stuff. Vocals cracked me up sometimes though as awesome as they were.

Doubt that. Most people think that metak is generally dumb, agressive, satanistic and/or voilent. No idea why they think these though, the most sophisticated music genres are generally subgenres of rock/metal.
