Pretty tiring actually. But I got a little more sleep and started the special K diet. Now I am hungry. LOL Other than that, just did stuff around the house, watched some movies and played with my ever growing son. Got all the Agalloch albums too. ****ing amazing shit.

Special K is a brand of cereal and cereal bars. You eat relatively little throughout the day with some low calarie snacks and then a decent meal at the end of the day. With some standard excersise throughout the day. My wife and I are going on it because we are... well... not in shape. Especially me. I weigh wayyy too much for my height. I am not grossly obese, but damn near getting there. Yeah me and my wife are actually really digginging them a shit ton. Sursprised my wife likes em? I am. lol
Ah, that must suck. Though dinner is the best time to eat anyway. Yeah, quite suprised. Still, maybe her taste is getting better? : D
Yeah I agree. Our dinners will consist of a white chicken breast, 1/2 a cup of white rice and 1/2 a cup of veggies. NOMS... -.- I'm just excited about shedding some lbs. Yeah same here, especially with the clean vocals, thought she would hate it there. But no she really liked them. Fine with me. But no her music taste hasn't improved much, as soon as we got the albums on her iPod, she downloaded some Ke$ha. *vomitous discharge*

It starts getting to you when you get older. Back problems and what not. Plus diabetes runs in my mum's side of the family so I really gotta start watching shit before I get it. lol. Plus I am married, ya know, that always makes one fat. ^.^ I have no f*cking clue. Nothing on the face of the this godforsaken planet can measure up to how awful Ke$ha's music is. Yeah they arn't particularly metal, but they are very technical. Very weird too. Plus the bassist, Les Claypool, is simply a god on the bass. I mean... hands forged from the gods themselves to play bass.
Never heard of him. There's only one bassist I know who is probably better than Les Claypool, and that's Victor Wooten.
He is good hmm.. Still, you must know Tony Levin. He was in many bands, the one you might know is Liquid Tension Experiment with Rudess, Petrucci and Portnoy. He plays both bass and Chapman Stick, an instrument I love the sound of. . D
Yeah he is pretty good lol. Better than the overrated Flea from Red Hot Chili Peppers. I don't like him much. Yeah I have heard of him then. I just didn't know him by name. He is really good too. That's when I find the bass interesting ^.^
