Since I have no TV and no Internet, I have been pumping out songs for my 5 song demo. The second one is almost done. It's pretty melodeath so far. Decided how I want the vocals for the first one I wrote too, and decided against out sourcing them. I'll do them myself. Going to work with my wife some more about lyrics though. That I absolutely cannot do lol. Once I have all the tracks done I will do the vocals. I need a good Mic.
hahaha thanks man. I don't know why I have never been able to write lyrics. In every band I have been in, I sometimes provide back up vocals (weather they be harsh or clean-ish) but could never contribute to vocals. I just can't write good. Everything I write feels goofy and... fake? Or something. It just seems like a bunch of non-sense. Regardless if it's coming from how I feel. I just can't articulate words as easy as I can music. My wife on the other hand is a wonderful writer and have no doubt in my mind that she would be able to help me convey some feeling into words.
