But The Sound of Perseverance is critically acclaimed! Well... what's different between the albums? Or is just one better than the other in terms of quality?

I'm just lost... I'm currently only interested in the 'best' albums that bands have to offer and cut out the rest. I know this is quite hard, if not impossible to do in music...

Me either, especially considering that I am not supposed to anymore ^.^

Well... It's obviously a gay pride parade, but there were some pretty wild thing going on in some pics I saw lol. Gay pride parades are awesome.

Nah nothing. However, I am working on finding some way that I can get GB for my iPod. I got to play around with it on my little brother's friend's iPhone, and man is it... f*cking neat.

Haha, aren't any of your friends fans of that stuff? Or elephants?

It's an annual thing here I guess. :x

That does sound good.. but isn't the screen too small for it?

Some, but only so much can be eaten before you straight up get tired of Pecans. hahahahaa or elephants lmfao. Yeah we have those indignant to our lands ya know.

That's awesome. I think annual things like that happen in big cities like in LA and NYC here in america, but I don't hear much about them. Not that I really like... pay attention or anything or look for the nearest events, but they do happen. And I applaud them when they do ^.^

Not at all surprisingly. It adapted well to the screen change. I can see it working sooooo much better on an iPad, but with someone without access to one, this is very much do-able. I also plan to pick this up as well once I get the swing of things. Then I can go back to recording once again!!!!

Just wish Beatmaker 2 had a plug in and play feature.

:ĐĐ Yeah I do get that. :x

I really fail to see the awesome part of it. :0

That sounds good, I hope you get it soon (for completely unselfish reasons, of course). :> This cable looks useful to you, I guess.

It might come with an update...

By the way, did you check out the Luna Damien album?

You fail to see what's awesome about a suppressed culture expressing themselves? hahahaha

hahahaah I will get it as soon as I can. Maybe if I can dish it out, next paycheck. Wish it went universal last week >.<

It might come with an update, but Apple will already have my $4.99 from GB by then. BM2 is superior in every way, except with the lack of being able to record directly with a guitar.

Nah I completely forgot about it to be honest >.< been doing so much at once lately it has been destroying me.

Not if you put it like that, but stuff like this is just obnoxious. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with the gays, only people running around, blocking traffic and making tons of noise while wearing idiotic clothes. :x

Hah, that would've been good... :x

Well, alright. I haven't been able to check out GB myself, but I trust you on this. :x

Do it, then! It's surprisingly awesome. Not as good as early MP, obviously, still..

hahaahh I was more or less kidding, these situations piss me off when any kind of person, group, or culture try to do this stuff. lol. I just like gays that's all. The cool ones though, not the fruity, overly dressed, talk like smug asshole gays.

Yeah cause I would have it now! hahaahah

Honestly, I think you would actually like GarageBand more than BM2. Well, I think you would be able to make more and get more out of it in other words. It's much simpler to use, and the Smart Guitar/Smart Keys builds help a lot for people that don't know how to play all that much.

hahaaha I will have to then. Gotta finish up some work here though. May not be able to check it out for a while for now.

    Ah alright. :x

Maybe.. Not knowing music theory doesn't really affect doing stuff in BM, does it? Also, what makes stuff in GB 'smart'?

Try searching for it earlier, because it's really hard to find, so you might need some help. :x

    =P

Not as much as you think, but the "Smart" stuff in GB helps because of the auto-chords. You can select chords for the guitar/keys and set them to a data base. So that a way you can just hit the record button, and start "strumming" like up to 16 or so guitar chords. I made Opeth's "Harvest" in like minutes on that thing. haahahahaha

That really does sound easier. Does it know different tunings?

    Found it?

Technically, yes. It knows all the chords pretty much, and you can select 6 different steps for the guitar, so you can pretty much get away with ANY tuning that may come your way, save for some picalo sounding highs, or some god awful trash death metal lows. I didn't investigate it much other than that though.

Tried, but am having a spot of trouble. Mind a link share?

Still can't find anything for it, and that link you gave me is terminated... so looks like I am SOL. I will keep looking though for sure.

I will look for some stuff later, got some important stuff to take care of this morning, TA time will be limited for a little bit.

Busy as hell, had n o time to hop on the net at all except from my iPod from here and there. >.< Still the same today, but I'm hopping on for a little bit here and there on breaks.

Listened to that Luna Damien stuff on the way home. Very interesting, but in a good way. Gotta listen to it more to get used to it lol a little interesting to digest.

No I do not know these guys and they are freaking awesome... and congrats! You found another band where I actually think the harsh vocals could be done without (or a little better on the flip-side of things)! Either way, getting some of their stuff now.
