Hmmmm... well cool, let me know when you fix it up! Like I said, all in all, it still sounded pretty good :)

Yeah I can imagine. A lack of thinking is the reason I blame myself for more than 99% of my mistakes lol.

Was listening to Incarnia and suddenly "Broken" from Sonata Arctica came on. 0.o

At first I was like "This sounds an awful lot like... WAIT A SECOND" aahahahahaha. Still though, I am baffled how that happened. Shuffle isn't on. At all.

Haha, thanks. I made it at like 1AM, took 25 mins, like 15 of that went on creating the background. >.< You really can't hear what's going on there, can you?

Weird. It is better, though. ^^

To be honest, I can't. I spent like 5 minutes looking for headphones this morning because I was running late, and couldn't find any so I am borrowing some cheap ass $5 dollar pair of JVC headphones from a co-worker. The sound quality is miserable, I am lucky I can hear anything lol.

    Hah! Sometimes. ^.^

What games you been playing on iOS lately? Any? Have you put any thought or granules of motivation into updating yet? hahaahahaha

Ah, too bad. It does sound good when I can hear it. :x And listening to music with those sounds horrible. Didn't you say that you can't borrow headphones from coworkers?:x

Pretty much nothing. Don't have the time. :<

It is terrible. lol. But I suppose it's better than being without music... almost... And nah I just didn't know of anyone who had headphones except my boss, but a lady here had some and had to go into a meeting so she let me use them till I can look for mine at lunch.

Don't... have time...? WHAT DO YOU DO ALL DAY?!?!!

    Over-achiever. :D

Got any new melodeath bands for me? I'm just not getting around to starting to find some songs. Did you ever listen to that Orbs song I posted by chance?

    True!

    I actually do!

First song was amazing. A little sketchy at first, but damn that was great! Picked the the demo right now hahaahaha. Great song.

The second one was a lot more blackish, but wasn't awful. Lead guitars got kind of annoying though after a while. All in all not bad though!

Yeah vox were okay, but the music was really good for Orbs. ^.^

Yay, glad you liked it. :>
And what I liked about the second was the sympho parts. :x

Agreed. But I would hesitate before calling the vocals okay, they pretty much sucked.

Yeah man, the Death's Parade Demo is fantastic... too bad the full album isn't near as good as this stuff (from the little i have heard >.<)
Yeah I liked the symph parts as well :)

Really? I really didn't think they were all that bad. I mean they really were nothing to brag about, but they weren't that awful lol.

    I wouldn't know. I don't like melodeath, as you know. :>

What would you consider awful vocals, then?

The answer solely depends on this next question I ask you:

Are you asking what vocals I consider "awful" that I actually like, or what vocals I consider "awful" that I hate? lol

I really like this one! Buying their album today :D

Oh and on the topic of 'awful vocals', I would consider the vocals of Arghoslent and Omnium Gatherum to be quite awful. The former is damn undecipherable whereas the latter just sounds bad.
*Edit: yeah Children of Bodom's vocals are awful alright :D

Incarnia's vocal holds my no.1 spot for the best vocal in melodeath - sounds typical though a little raspy (metalcore :p), and peculiarly easy to understand.

    In that case:

Worst Vocals (of their genres) that I love, despite me thinking they're gross:

(off the top of my head)

And there are plenty more, that I just can't think of at the moment. They will trickle down in my memory and I will give them to you when I remember them. Keep in mind that I like Cradle of Filth, I like that album, not a huge fan of them, but I dig them. I just think the vocals are miserable.

Incarnia's are great, but Anders Friden of In Flames back in the day hold's my favourite Melodeath vocals. Even his vocals now are fantastic, just less Melodeath-ie.

Slipknot Wait and Bleed - catchy chorus. CRINGEWORTHY verses and BRIDGE!!! Oh god that's the worst verse and bridge vocals I've heard in my life! Weird thing is the vocalist actually becomes one of my all time fav vocalists in latter albums...

Alright, I only have a few problems with that huge list... First of all, Machinae Supremacy? He isn't the most talented vocalist out there, but his voice fits the band amazingly well, and I just couldn't imagine them with other vocals. Also, The Smiths are pretty good. And Cradle of Filth suck, not just their vocals.

I couldn't list any outstandingly bad one, except the obvious Mike Patton mention. There's just something about him that annoys me. I just don't listen to bands with bad vocals. :X

And now that gunxsword brought it up, who are your favorites, Booch?:>

    I knew you would :)

Machinae Supremacy is great, vocals are not. But you are right, and that's why I captioned at the bottom that some bands have those vocals that fit only with that music. In the case of MS as well, their vocals are terrible, but I couldn't see it any other way with the music. I like them! I just also think they are terrible. lol

I used to the like The Smiths, a lot. In my adult life, however, I am finding that Morrissey can seriously go F*CK himself. I've never really liked their vocals, but the music was good. Like I said though, they are just one of the few bands that I have just grown out of entirely, as with the case of Slipknot. I liked their first two albums, still somewhat do, I just listen to them in extremely small doses. Cradle of Filth is about one of the few straight Black Metal bands I can tolerate. Like I said, not a huge ass fan, but a fan enough to say I at least like them. *shrugs*

Mike Patton is one of those vocalist that annoy me. In every band he is in, and every project he is apart of, he annoys me. Sometimes the music is way more than enough to carry him along though, like the case of Mr. Bungle.

    Favourites time!

I'll go by some of my more listened to genre's I guess, and I will try to stick with one per category, but that will be hard with some (like Melodeath and Power Metal).

Alt Rock: Jesse Lacey (Brand New)/Deron Miller (cKy)
Death Metal: Chuck Schuldiner (Death)/Glenn Benton (Deicide/Vital Remains)
Deathcore: Kevin Schaefer (Salt the Wound)/Phil Bozeman (Whitechapel)
    Doom Metal: John Haughm (Agalloch)
Experimental Rock: Thurston Moore (Sonic Youth)
Grunge: Layne Staley (Alice in Chains)
    Metalcore: Winston McCall (Unearth)
Heavy Metal: Matt Barlow (ex-Iced Earth)/Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden)
    Indie: Elliott Smith (Himself)
Industrial: Jimmy Urine (Mindless Self Indulgence)
Melodic Death Metal: Anders Friden (In Flames/Ceremonial Oath)/Joakim Karlsson (Skyfire)/Antti Haapanen (Noumena)/Tomas Lindberg (At the Gates)
Power Metal: Hansi Kürsch (Blind Guardian)/Tony Turunen (current Celesty vocalist)/Timo Kotipelto (Stratovarius)/Tony Kakko (Sonata Arctica)Can I say Hansi again? =P
    Progressive Metal: Devin Townsend
Progressive Death Metal: Mikael Åkerfeldt (Opeth/Bloodbath) [--Also must note that he is my favourite vocalist of all time...probably--]
    Psychobilly: Nick 13 (Tiger Army)
Punk: Greg Graffin (Bad Religion)/Jello Biafra (Dead Kennedys)
Technical Death Metal: Tommaso Riccardi (Fleshgod Apocalypse)/Hernan Hermida (All Shall Perish)
    Thrash Metal: Miland Petrozza (Kreator)

    Yeah. That's my list. ^.^
