Neither here nor there. hahahaha Nah it really doesn't >.< I'm updating it probably tomorrow, whilst at work. If not, she's going to have to wait till I get net back at the house so I can update it from my lappy. Me too, but I always am. I met the guys for Arcade Fire and hung out with them once. They were at my friend Joe's recording studio hanging out with some lady who was interning there while we were recording vocals for our album (that to this date still has no been released -.-). Guess they came from the same geographical location (They're from like Quebec, Canada? Right?). Anyways, we all drank a ton of beer. lol Right now I am listening to Demons and Wizards. Haven't in forever. lol
So what does it say about that... project?:Đ Most people do seem to get it, though. :> Yeah, Canada. Good story there! What do you think of their music? Not bad, I sometimes listen to 'em, but only the three amazing ballads. :X Black Lab - This Night playing now..
It's okay. Not the best thing I have heard but I can listen to it lol having trouble finding stuff though >.< =D Their music is pretty good. Let's just say I like the personnel more than the music though they were pretty cool dudes that's for sure. I like their self titled album more than Touched by the Crimson King, but both are good listens. Kinda suddenly got down though, so my mood has shifted to Elliott Smith. >.<
You really need to find some stuff for me. I'm bored with what I have - I'll probably even listen to some classical music tomorrow to hear something different from the usual. Ah, alright. :x No idea who that is. >.< Liszening to Running Wild - The Ballad of William Kidd. Good ol' German speed/heavy/power metal, and seriously one of then best songs I know. If grooveshark(.com) works over there, you must check out the Mechanical Poet song 'Ghousl (single version). It's f*cking metalcore.
I do. I am kind of bored with what I have as well. Nuff said: I like Running Wild, but I am not familiar with that song. Time to get familiar with it hahaha. That song was kind of garbage honestly. And yeah Grooveshark does work here lol.
Aww... I really liked the relentless intensity of that album! The melodeath band is a great find though... kinda like a redemption?
I suppose you like Malevolent Creation, yes? If not, fantastic classic Death Metal (even their latter career stuff is amazing).
Haha, that's exactly what I hate about death metal. :x Hah, if you liked it, I'll have lots of bands to show you, since I run into an insane amount of melodeath while searching. @Booch: That song was pretty bad, still, the best metalcore song I've ever heard. >.< Anythin' for me?
I want more Melodeath! Badly! I've heard several other much better Metalcore songs >.< hahahah Actually, yes! Can't guarantee you will like it, but it certainly is interesting. It's the singer of Modest Mouse's other band, but don't be off put by this, it sounds nothing like MM.
Yay! Please sooner than later, cause I have a ton of work to do in about an hour and I'll need all the new music i can handle >.< haahhaha NEIN! Really? Well f*ck me I actually thought aside from the vox that you would kind of like it. lol. Nevermind then, *keeps searching around*
Oh shit, forgot to tell you too: Ready to hear the best drumming I have ever done? I am not part of the band (it's my friend Anthony's band, the guy who will do vox for me when I eventually record more music), but they wanted me to record the drums cause I'm l33t like that. lol they actually suck, but fortunately the producer made me sound much better than I really am. http://www.reverbnation.com/play_now/song_10199034 Bet you couldn't tell I made up those drums in about 22 hours! hahaahaha I just did that one song though. The other guy, David, who was originally going to be their drummer guy recorded it but needed to finish. He had conflicts with his other band though (whom actually tours with Major Bands) so I partook. Lemme know what you think. Melodic Metalcore though ^.^
Here's two songs then: Vocal is kind of lost in the mix, but instrumentally good: I might grow to like it in a while. :> Wasn't bad. I mean, the drumming. I really couldn't tell that. >.< The vocals ruined it for me, though.
That Hilastherion was fantastic. Vox were a little... gross. But the rest carries it through. I actually just referred them to my friend Anthony, whom is big on finding Christian bands from all over the world. Figured these guys would be a nice referral, so thanks! I actually just downloaded the album, it's pretty good so far. Just gross vocals hahahaa. The last one though, was... bleh. Crappy Melodeath with crappier core vocals. I think it might have been the recording that made me want to beat a Chinchilla in the face. *bows* why thank you! I like his vocals, but I know people who don't around here. Anyways, I just wanted to show off my drumming. Like I said, you should have heard the rough take. They weren't that great, but somehow he made them sound like I was amazing lol
hahahah, well technically it's 50%, which is an F. For fail. You fail. LOL jk dude. Seriously lol. Nah, I got work dropped on me like 30 minutes ago so I have just been listening to some music and such. I'll look for more when I am done ^.^ shouldn't take all that long for me.
You're such a nice guy! :] I thought after getting more work.. you'd be working. How wrong I was. Anyway, alright. :x
I am ^.^ Meh. When I run the reports I need to, it collects them from a database on the net. With so many different peices of data to sift through to get the info I need, it usually takes about a minute to get. In that minute, I usually reply to this thread, or other threads on here. hahahahahaha It's how I get shit done and pass the time quickly. ^.^
It's really not. I run reports, collect the data, and input them into a spread sheet. Or, someone collects a certain amount of data, gives it to me, and I input it in the database. Plain and simple. That's about 90% of my work. lol
