Haha, that's actually a really positive song imo. Do we not agree, or are you finally in a better mood?>.<

So, you might be interested, that I've kinda been working on my idea in BM2. Stil pretty early, barely any drums in there, some notes not fixed and only a very little layering done, but it's progress.. :>

It is a really positive song! And we can both agree, that yes. I am in a kick ass mood. Probably shouldn't be as of right now, but I am! Long story short, I love waking up every morning.

And yes I am very interested! When you want to show me some progress, I am all ears! I never did get around to finishing my last song. Was really busy over the weekend as usual. The time I did get to spend on anything, I busted out with Fallout new Vegas again ^.^ hhaahahaha

Nothing really happened. I just love life right now. lol!

First what you want to do is convert the entire thing to a .wav file. When you are in the screen where you can edit the music (I'd take screenies but I think you can get it) you will want to look at the bottom right hand corner for a option to "Export". Export to Audio File once you have opened that. Name it, save it, and then you are going to go to the home screen, where you can select your instruments. Find the little icon that shows an iPod and a computer, select SoundCloud. Log into soundcloud (if you don't have one, make one, it's super simple) browse to find the file, title it, do whatever and then make it public (this is most important!!!) and then upload it. Wait for it to finish, then send me the link to your soundcloud ^.^

Hope that helps. Really quick and easy. If you need screen shots just tell me.

Soo, you just love life for no reason? That's weird, but also great. :x

Doin' it. Will give you soon, but please do remember, it's seriously a very early version. :>

I'm on vacation now, btw. Using my phone's internet and a laptop rightnow. >.<

Sounds like fun man! I wish I had a place near a lake. You like to fish at all?

    Dude....

Okay. I am not just saying this shit to make you feel good about yourself or anything, I am saying this on a purely critical level.

    That was f*cking fantastic.

    1) That was a rough draft..?

    2) The fact that you don't play music is entirely absent.

    3) How is it that you make better use of BM2 than I do? Effort was obviously put into this song.

Wow dude I wasn't sure entirely what to expect man, but I wasn't expecting anything that sound THAT good >.>

You make me want to quit BM2 now. LOL Seriously though man, if that's a rough draft I can't wait for a final copy.

    Wow, really?

    1) Absolutely. I spent max. 30 mins on this. >.<

    2) Seriously? I just played what I think sounded good. :Đ

    3) Some effort, sure. I spent ~10mins finding the right sound, recorded the stuff in one take, fixed a few notes that were off, then searched for the right sound for some background ambiance, started layering and put in some percussion. That's it. :x

Wow.. I'm seriously amazed at what you think - the only word I can think of is 'seriously?'.
What kind of style or genre or whatever is this in your opinion?>.<

I think it's great man. I think I am most amazed by the fact that this comes from someone who claims he has little to no musical talent. I really enjoyed listening to it, and like I said can't wait for a Final Copy. I am interested in what else you got rattling around in that brain of yours.

If I had to say anything I would think it would be a Dark Ambient style. It's not necessarily too doomy or anything, but not necessarily happy either. I am surprised you don't think more highly of this song honestly. It's good stuff, you really have some talent, and obviously, the knack of tweaking the right kind of sound to come out of BM2.

    Ah well, thanks. >.<
I'll try to get you a final copy by week's end... I'm kinda busy but the fact that you liked it makes me want to finish it a lot more. >.>

Dark Ambient? Mmm, maybe. It's really far from the stuff that inspired me to do this, but that might just be the right label for it. :x

I still seriously doubt that I have any musical talent - wouldn't someone have recognised it by now?
I've just got lots of ideas for music flying around in my head.. but I can rarely record/perform any of it..

It really didn't take much tweaking once I found the right instrument in there (Chruch Organ), I just had to play with the volumes for the different tracks in there + the EQ for them.

Take your time brah, enjoy your vacation and stuff for sure! I know you're a busy dude. I'm just interested in it being finished ^.^

Dark Ambient is just the best thing I could think of really that closely fits it... but I wasn't too sure what to call it exactly either >.<

Well it's not that you need immense talent or anything to write music in BM2, but it takes at least a spot of it to make something sound right. And you did a good job of that. There were some parts in the song where the volumes were a little off, and striking and the rising of to volume of the keys were a little hastened. But for the most part it was all really well done. I've listened to it 3 times now ^.^ ahahahahaha

That's good stuff man, glad you are able to get your way around the program well enough to start making good stuff like this. You could make a demo! ahahahahaha

    Alright. ^^

I'm sure it doesn't take much skill - otherwise I wouldn't have tried it in the first place.
Yeah, I know. The parts where it's a bit higher than the usual low buzzing sound, right? >.<

Now that's a weird idea, and I have no idea if you're serious with it or not. I hope not. >.<

hahahaha I hear ya. I love BM2. It's awesome, but as you know I mainly use it for it's drum machine.
Yup those are the parts I am talking about hahaah.

Weird idea indeed. So weird... it just might work! hahahah I was half serious. Nothing wrong with just posting songs on SoundCloud and sharing them with friends. That's pretty much what I do. I need to seriously get my music recording going again. I have 3 more songs now that need recording. Kind of getting tired of playing them over and over with nothing to show for it ^.^

It really is. But I'm looking at other apps too lately. The new app by Jordan Rudess seems interesting, really interesting. clicky

I woud give it a shot, if I had, like any friends interested in this kind of music. >.<
I'd get a lot more attention if I started making shit like dubstep, but there's not much chance of that happening. >.<

Then record them, in whatever shitty quality you can. I want to hear them! What style are they?

Sounds interesting. I saw DT post something about it on FB, but didn't really care to look at it honestly. Doesn't sound all that bad really though. I could sure find a use for it haahaaha

Yeah please don't ever let that shit happen. I don't know how that god awful breed of music ever started (started in the UK apparently) but my it needs to die.

Yeah I was thinking about just getting a good old fashioned digital camera and recording myself playing along with it and the drums. The quality would be terrible but it would work. Only problem is I would have to do it when my son is with grandparents or something cause he would mess with things, and if I did while he was sleeping, it would probably wake him up lol. I don't know what styles they are really. Somewhere in between Melodeath and regular Death. One song in partticular is definitely Melodeath, and it's kind of happy which is an oxymoron practically lol. You probably won't like them but I enjoy them.
