Glad your trip was okay though and you made it safe. Must be heck of a venture though that's for sure hahahaah. My weekend was okay, spent most of it wrestling my insanely brilliant child and filling out new job applications (Filled out more than I could count). So hoping something comes around. I do have something that I completely forgot about. You are probably not a fan of them, but the singer of Bad Religion has a solo project that he sings and plays the guitar. The music is mix between folk and old-time music. It's really good. You would probably like it since you are on this folk trip If you like these songs, I highly suggest just downloading the album "Cold as Clay". it's amazing.
It wasn't bad at all. The family we're staying at is great, so another good thing.. Too bad one of the guys is a moron, but I'm staying in a separate room, so not much of a problem. Shown the other one some songs, sounds like he really likes the Hungarian band Dalriada. :> Haha, sounds fun.. well, 'least half of it. Well that's not good, but at least the family you are staying with is really nice. And that's awesome! Dalriada is good stuff! haaahahaha Yeah I am filling out apps cause I still haven't heard from the other Distribution Center job, and I don't want to run the risk of putting too many eggs into one basket, so to speak. So I am just keeping my eyes out and options open ya know? I might be working on the Indian Reservation as a Juvenile Detention Correctional Officer. Which is scary but... meh.
