Yay! Maybe she'll like the other stuff now too..

Meh, I'll give it a chance tomorrow.. If I don't like it, I have some insanely weird electronica for you.. :Đ

Can't say I can help you with that, mainly cause I have no clue who they are.

She pretty much said she is willing to give a try. So we'll see! <3

You'd do yourself a favour to check it out sooner, but I can settle for tomorrow ^.^ And you might actually like Goldfrapp's first album "Felt Mountain" a lot. It's so relaxing, and it's like nothing I have ever heard before. The rest of their albums are garbage ass euro-pop-f*ck-trash-dance-bullshit. Their first album is a masterpiece though. I wiki'ed them to see what genre's they had for Felt Mountain (since I couldn't really think of what to call it myself) and this is what they had to say: "Electronic, trip hop, ambient, dream pop, experimental, cabaret, folk". Interested? hahaahahahahahaahah It's one of my wife's top 10 favourite albums of all time.

    O, hurray! :D

That does sound underesting, not sure if I'd like it. Will listen, though..

I really don't know what I'm looking for.. If I had a whole album like that calmer, relaxing part near the middle of Planet of Apes, I'd love it..

I'll post some of their stuff tomorrow so you can take a listen. It's... strange stuff that's for sure. Not sure if you will like it, but I have a feeling you might. I can no longer guess with this kind of stuff because you continuously shock me with music you like in this department. hahahaah

Felt Mountain is definitely a relaxing type of album, something you might like to go to sleep and have sweet dreams to. LOL. As for the Planet of the Apes part, I will see what i can do and even see if my wife can suggest anything.

What were those really surprising ones?:D

Thanks for that... It isn't easy to find that kind of stuff.

I don't know now, but a couple that come to mind are Portishead, that Noumena song, and DEFINITELY Death Cab. LOL.

Yeah I doubt my results will be fruitful, but I will try and look for stuff. What did you think of Fall of the Leafe?

Death Cab was more surprising than Portishead? Wtf?

    The what? : DD

Tired. Must sleep. See you tomorrow. :Đ

Yes, while both almost equally surprising, I would see you listening to Portishead over Death Cab. Don't ask. lol

Fall of the Leafe. I will play you some of them tomorrow. Kind of gothic metal stuff, but nothing heavy. Really good. I will get at you tomorrow with stuff from them.

Anyways, have a swell night! Hope you can sleep!

Awesome, right? A bit inspired by Motörhead, I'm sure. I don't know what to think of the new Morbid Angel track... it's not like the old days, Altars of Madness, Blessed are the Sick, etc.

@Thaurin: The stuff you posted a few pages back.. was interesting. : D Really liked the first one, but Chrome Division was just... plain weird.

Yeah that wasn't to say it was bad or anything, I liked them both. Like I said, just made me want to walk into a biker bar and call everyone "Fags" and see how many fights I can get into. hahahaah

@Balu` Wife loved all of Deconstruction. Like a lot. We jammed on it whilst playing some Mortal Kombat.

Also, could not find anything per your request of finding music similar to what we talked about yesterday =(

    Check these songs out though:

Yay! Time for her to listen to some older Dev too. :>

    Ah, too bad..

1: Not bad, instrumentally. Vocally, awful. Especially the quality.

    2. Interesting, I won't be a fan of this though. : DD

Y'day's Radiohead: Those vocal effects completely ruined it for me. Otherwise, it was just boring. >.<

    'cause I love surprising you:

Yeah I'm definitely going to test her mettle with old Dev. See what I can get out of her hahahaha

Yeah Fall of the Leafe is weird. I like em though. I think Vovin told me about em...

Yeah that is one of their... I guess slower songs? hahahah. Don't know. Goldfrapp is odd.

Okay, I give up on the Radiohead suggestions. *cries* =P

That was a really good song. Definitely surprising that you like it, but not a whole lot. I liked it though!

Yay for that! I'll probably like melodeath earlier.

It REALLY surprised me, so I guess it's surprising in a way. >.<

Most certainly will do. Probably play more for her over the weekend.

hahahaha. You just have poor taste in music.

hahahaha don't you love it when you surprise yourself? I surprised myself when I found out that I liked Dead by April. >.< That's probably some of the gayest metal on the planet and yet I love it.

Great! Start with Accelerated Evolution, I think.

Yeah, sure. What idiot would talk for 300 pages about music with me?

Gayest metal must be Manowar, at least in a literal sense. :[]

I was going to start with Terria or Infinity but that's a good idea as well! Either way, she's going to get an earful of it hahaha

A fool. A foolish foolish fool that's who. LOL :D

Yeah true... they are pretty homosexual. God I hate that band though. Terrible music hahahah speaking of terrible bands, what do you think of Lordi? LOL

Sounds great! I'm not sure I'll be here next week so I might be getting the results late. :<

    : DD

Actually, I don't think Manowar's music is so bad.. But Lordi is pretty ridiculous. :>

Oh? Is Balu` going on an adventure?

It's not that it's bad, it just sounds awful to me hahaha. And yeah, Lordi is just... just bad. Like the GWAR of Heavy Metal. LOL

GWAR for the win! I mean... not seriously, but like, because it's funny... and all the Beavis & Butt-head references.
