I don't spend all my time planning live shows but I do like going if it is a band I really enjoy and sometimes I'll even travel to see some... for instance Finntroll which I've seen several times but have had to travel to see.

And I agree, Slayer is one of the best live performances I've ever seen.

Ah, great. Also, that bass looks great.. I'm jealous now, I can't even imagine how I'd feel if I actually played bass. >.<

Meh, never tried any, not planning to. My eyes are usually in a pretty good shape. Only one in family without glasses. :>>

Try them.. Their latest album is one of the best progmetal albums.. :>

    Aye!

Bad. Like I am near-sighted, so I need glasses to drive at night, or to make things sharper when playing games/watching TV. Sucks... =/

    Downloading now.

Yeah but I do a lot now. I've grown fond of them as of late. Glasses kind of fit my rediculous unkept scruffy "New Father" look. hahahaha

Any place where I can get a good download from for A Gentleman's Hurricane? It's good, but I can't find any good downloads (just the songs on YouTube)

*thumbs up* The wife thinks I look rather sexy in glasses too, so that's always a bonus. LOL

Yeah still looking. Found one, but when I downloaded the file, it was corrupt and wouldn't play anything or anything like that.

Really simple, old, Swedish Melodeath ^.^ They have other much more complex songs, but this one is just catchy to me =D

I just remember hearing that for the first time and I was like "I must start listening to more music like this... NAOOOO!!!"

I'm going to guess that you hate it since you hate power metal and hate video games even more ;)

Well I had my dad to thank for getting me into the early shit I got into. And my mom to thank for trying her hardest to keep me away from that music. Damn Christians!!!!

The combination is fantastic! OMG!!! I love it. I grew up with all the games and shows they covered, so it's pure nostalgia to me, not to mention is sounds awesome to the ears. Going to see them live at the end of may. Ironically they are touring with a group of Tech Death and Melodeath bands LOL. Whitechapel, As Blood Runs Black, Fleshgod Apacolypse, Black Dahlia Murder, Darkest Hour, Oceano and plenty more to rock my balls off. My wife told me of the Summer Slaughter Tour lineup and I, simply put, wanted to smash her face in in excitement and and I told her "OMFG WERE GOING!!!" hahaahahaha
