I know, Booch. I am always here, reading and lurking a bit on a daily base. I know what kind of person you are. Has no-one ever told you about my "special" abilities? Yeah, I can feel what you're going through. But I never said that you should take all the punishment. I just advised that you try to stay calm in this situation even if your anger is itching you like a bag of fleas poured in your bed. That's the most reasonable thing for now. Maybe she is frightened because of her sickness, or feels helpless about it. That can make people go mad. Maybe she's jealous because you are leading a "working" life while she stays at home? Anyway, nothing - no bloody damn reason - justifies people to treat other people like shit, especially not in a relationship. I have to admit I was figuring that she might have something like a postnatal mood of dejection. Was she always like this or came her change of mood after your baby was born? So, have you ever asked her what you have to do to make her feel appreciated? And have you ever asked her if she is able to speak about everything in the same calm way as you do?
haha, no I can't say I reckon I've heard of your "Special Abilities" lol... It could be a cluster f*ck of all that, and for the most part I always remain calm. It may be because she is sick, it may be because she is slightly envious of me leading the working life and her not. I don't know. The main problem I do know, is that I don't have a better job to support us all, and we do barely get by with minimum luxuries. Not that I mind that, but breathing room would be great. I have asked her what would make her feel appriciated it and she doesn't really know, which makes no sense. So I can imagine it's just she is going mad or something. And she does speak to me in a calm matter in the beginning, but she is pretty tempermental herself. I don't know man I am going to try and talk with her more after work. My mum is watching Ian after work for the night so maybe we can talk, have a couple drinks and calm down, get some good sleep and talk about it more. I don't know what else to do. I really appriciate you talking with me though man, regardless of anything, it helps, especially having someone who is a little more in my situation than other. But I appricaite @Balu` and @SomeRandomDude with the calming words as well. I only hope this thing will blow over and all will be back to normal... it's just gotten much more out of hand than previous fights over the last 5 years.
I might as well sorta lighten the mood by posting some crap of my own... Not exactly mood-lightening, but still kicka__ Also, I just feel the need to post a question of my own since I can't find anywhere else to ask it... Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories or Liberty City Stories? I'm probably heading to the mall tonight and I wanted to pick one up seeing as they're both the same price, but I'm not sure which one is better. And damn do I hope they have Capcom vs. SNK 2... I've been DYING to play that game lately. And @Booch: Like I said, it sucks, but don't let it get to you. If you guys really make each other that happy, things should work out... It might take some effort, it might take time, but in the end, this crap should work out. Things have worked out for me... I know this might sound a bit ridiculous of a comparison, but when I asked her out and we stopped talking for a while, I thought we'd almost never talk again, but after a week or two and talking more and more, we're back to like we were before. Another ridiculous but reasonable comparison would be whenever I fight with my parents... They inadvertently annoy the hell out of me or vice versa, then an argument starts and escalates... Sure we're about ready to kill each other at the time, but the next day or so everything's back to normal. And as stupid as those examples might be, they're vaguely similar situations, all of which ended up working out in the end.
I shall listen to it as soon as I can. I shall listen to those songs as soon as I can. Just can't atm. And on your question, neither. GTA sucks post GTA3. lol, but I played Liberty City stories and that was okay. Never played VC Stories though.
Yeah man, you'll definitely like She Is a Liar... Good heavy stuff. I've posted Destroy the Runner here before, but it's been a while so I figured I'd bring it back up. Not too sure how you'd feel about Inhale Exhale, but I enjoy them quite a bit, particularly that song I posted. I... I can't believe what I'm reading... Lol I'm a HUGE GTA fan, and always enjoyed Vice City and San Andreas a lot more than 3. I'll definitely agree that 3 is a GREAT game, but it just got a bit boring after a bit, seeing as there wasn't as much to do as in the other two and the missions weren't as good. I will say, though, that I loved the modern-day crime/mob atmosphere more than the 80's theme of Vice City and the 90's rap theme of San Andreas. I'm pretty much looking for whichever one has more stuff to do, but I'm actually leaning towards LCS a bit more just due to the story. I just want a decent GTA game on the go aside from Chinatown Wars. And I gotta say, I spent ALL DAY listening to an alteration of Within the Ruins and Dark Age. INSANE stuff... I'm trying to decide which one I like more. EDIT: Not too sure how you feel about Rise Against, but I find this song helps make my day a lot better:
I guess I should ignore those songs, shouldn't I? >.> Can't help you with the GTA stuff, never liked the series at all. Hmm, not a bad one. Not a fan of the stuff though, too mainstreamy.
Ok, checked out those songs. @Balu` Kanivool (I think was their name) was weird, but it wasn't the first time I heard that song. It was on (and you are really going to hate this) an Anime I watched a while back. hahahah weird, you are right. But not bad. @SomeRandomDude Was the She's a Liar singer the dude from Within the Ruins?! They sounded exactly the same hahahah. Great song though, loved it. Destroy the Runner was AWESOME. If you posted it before, I missed it and regret missing it. I downloaded that whole Saints album after listening. The Inhale Exhale song was okay... not bad but not great. =/ And Rise Against, I love their older stuff (Through the Unraveling and RPM) but haven't really taken to to much of their newer stuff (Aside from that acoustic song "Swing Life Away" that was just a cute song.). Thanks for Posting that stuff man. And as far as GTA goes, I grew up with 1 & 2. I loved the shit out of those games on the PC. They were just so much fun. The China Town Wars was a fun spin on the originals, and for that I liked it and beat the shit out of it on the DS (didn't care for it on iOS) but yeah. 3 Was cool, and while it was their first mark on the 3D free roam 3rd person sandbox style, I didn't care for it much. It was fun, and I played it a lot but yeah. The others, I just didn't give it the time of day really. I hate hate HATE the RAGE and Euphoria engines that ran GTA IV. Bleh... And thanks for everyone for cheering me up and pushing me through this. It helps having friends, regardless if i have never met them in person.
An anime? This far too good for that. : Dd Still, I've seen some kids programme commercial wirh Ayreon in ir, so that's not the weirdest. Anyway, I'm really getting into this post-rockish atmospheric metal. Too bad it's hard to find. The thing that matters is that you're past it. :>>
hahahah yeah an Anime. Called Red Dwarf. it was weird. And Ayreon on a kids commercial...? WTF?! hahahah. I once saw a commercial for some Star Wars: Clone Wars cartoon and in the background played Atreyu's "Ain't Love Grand" hahahha. I know you don't like them, but that CD (Ironically my favourite, and only one I like) Was a commercial failure for them. So I can almost see one of thier newer songs in the background before I hear one from their first album. That's cool, and yeah it is hard to find. At least for me. And it's weird but I can see you liking that stuff. Well I am not passed it yet. More like in the "Thick of it" again. But I have my hack saw, and will slowly chop away at the brush untill I'm in the clear again. Okay, enough with the metaphors. Speaking of Metaphors (and you might even actually like this one Balu`, kind of goes a long with my mood perfectly... like it all worked out to this point somehow):
Hahah. Is there anything you can't seee me liking (and I've not yet told you that I don't)? It will get better... :> Will try tomorrow.
Balu` ol pal, there is a lot of stuff I don't see you liking. LOL Yeah I hope so >.> But try it now! It's relaxing! and and and... there isn't one scream or distorted guitars... AND THERE'S VIOLINS! VIOLINS BALU`!!!! Sorry I have had too much caffine.
Hahah, and how about any actually good stuff you don't see me liking? I would.. It just doesn't play on my phone.
Well that is simply a double standard, because about 80% of what I find good, great, or even awesome, you usually happen to hate. ^.^ so in that sense, no I can't think of anything at the moment. HHAHAAHH Boo that sucks! What phone do you have by the way?
Does everything I want it to, is pretty quick and I love its keyboard. Looks a little ridiculous in my huge hands, though. : DD Goodniiiight! Sooo tired, will probably sleep for like 11 hours. Don't forget to post this weekend!
hahaha thats awesome. My fat ass thumbs suck on my phone. Look up Pantech Link. It's the most worthlos POS ever. Night man, and I will try and post. Also, I plan on getting roughly about that much sleep tonight too, since my mum is watching Ian tonight. ^.^
I'm not gonna quote all that crap... Anime... I haven't been into that stuff in a while. Back in October/early November I was almost obsessed with Hellsing. Only 13 episodes, but freakin' awesome. The OVAs are nice and gory, exactly the reason I started watching, but then I found the storyline to be really good, and ended up sticking with it. Actually, it has 3 of my favorite characters of all time (Alucard, Seras Victoria, and Jan Valentine), and I was almost tempted to go out for Halloween as Alucard... I was a complete Hellsing nerd until I started liking that girl lol. It's still got my favorite background music (I'll post some links when I get to a computer). Other than that I used to watch some Bleach and Naruto, but I kinda want to go back and go through Bleach and DBZ as much as I can. Can't say I've ever heard of Red Dwarf, but if it's violent enough I could probably get into it . And Atreyu in Clone Wars? Bada--. I knew you'd like She is a Liar... Seemed right up your alley. I really likethat song. As for Destroy the Runner, I'll post some more stuff later, but Saints should have all the songs you really need. If it doesn't have Pallbearer, My Darkness, or Thoughts in Reverse, listen to them... I really love that band. I spent an entire summer pretty much listening to Columbia. Didn't know how you felt about stuff like Inhale Exhale, but it's my kind of stuff. Just wondering... What would you say if I said Brokencyde (don't hurt me...)? I ended up getting Liberty City Stories. Apparently they had the case out for Vice City Stories, but when I went to buy it they didn't have it, so I got LCS instead. It's RIDICULOUSLY fun... Just like GTAIII on my PSP. And I really, really loved GTA 1 and 2. I had 2 on my laptop for a while and usually I'd just open my laptop, play GTA for a while, and quit. You know you could play GTAIII with that top-down camera, right? And no prob man . We all have crappy times in our lives, just gotta have people there to help out.
