I think the system here (got the same class for every lesson) is better in this case. Well, 'least for me. :>

I like... more complicated humor mostly. Like.. for me, the best currently running series is Community. Ah, how amazing that is.

Hm, interesting picks there. Pretty -core-based. >.>

It's nice being able to change who you're with throughout the day. You tend to have at least one friend per class that way, and even then being with them for too long can get annoying, and there's certain people I just don't want to be with all day, so I like our system quite a bit.

I love that kind of stuff too, but it's the ridiculous stuff that makes me laugh my head off usually.

And I've always been the biggest fan of -cores, especially metalcore. Gotta love metalcore.

Meh, for me, ours is definitely better. I'm not really a social person, and being them on all lessonsis just enough for me to be comfortable with them.

Meh, South Park is just.. too simple for me. Faar to simple. : D
Any series over there with more complicated humor? I follow many US series week-to-week, but it's a lot easier for me to miss one. >.>

This is the biggest difference between our tastes I think. :>

Townsend's Deconstruction will be amazing. Lyrics are out, sound great, also, current guest list:

Well this paycheck I will be bringing home about $900~ so that works for me.

How can you not like South Park? It's brilliant really. And a lot of it's humour is pretty complicated beyond some of the randomness from the first season. I guess it's not for everyone though. It's my favourite show of all time though.

Top 5 songs always vary with mood but I guess I will post what they are for right now:

    1) In Flames - Episode 666
    2) In Grief - In The End
    3) Sonata Arctica - Victoria's Secret
    4) Darkest Hour - Fire in the Skies
    5) Skyfire - Conjuring the Thoughts

And new Townsend sounds fantastic so far. I wanna play The Mighty Masturbator!

    That's.. much. : D

Brilliant? Just seems.. primitive and shitty.

'Least one good one there! : DDDD

Hah, it does have an interesting title. The weird thing is, its lyrics are actually really deep.

Meh... it's livable. I wish I could have more, but that's what you get when you have an entry level job I guess. I make much more than Minimum wage though, so I guess that's good.

Brilliant, yes. Primative and shitty, no. Well it might be primative in sorts, especially in older seasons. And if it's the animation that get's to you, then there is no way around that LOL. But there are some episodes that catch you off guard and you are like "Woah... that was creative". I can't really explain it because you don't watch the show, but the last few episodes in the latest season have really REALLY outdone themselves, not necessarily in the humour factor, but in the creativity sense of things. Just me though...

You mean 5 good ones in there! ^.^

Really deep lyrics about masturbation and cheeseburgers? I'm in.

Meh, how long have you been working there?

Animation is a thing, I could live with it, it's still much better than anime stuff. : D
But anyway, there are few series I can call brilliant. Community, Arrested Development and Scrubs are the three US ones, other than that, only some good ol' British sitcoms...

    Umm, no, I don't. : DDDD

    Actually, yeah.

Here's a good example of clever from an episode I was watching last night:

Kenny was dying of a terminal disease that deteriorated his muscles, so Cartman suggests using stem cells to congress (and eventually they all end up singing...), but also found out that they duplicate anything they're placed next to. So at the end of the episode after Kenny dies, Cartman goes to the funeral and tells Stan and Kyle to check something huge out... turns out he placed the stem cells next to the pizza place and cloned it. I almost cried laughing at that, not to mention when they found out that Bono was literally a piece of crap and when the child molesters all walked into Dateline, saw Chris Hansen, and started shooting themselves... I actually had stomach pains from laughing so hard after that.

And I'll go check out the stuff Booch posted except maybe the Darkest Hour song... I'm not really a huge fan of theirs. Their vocals are... not my favorite.

It's a lot more clever than it sounds... There's something in that show for everyone, really. It's ridiculous, clever, full of bathroom humor that just makes you laugh at how disgusting/ridiculous (EX: Butt-faced people; Mr./Mrs. Garrison), and some will make you think for a sec to realize (An abortion clinic called "Unplanned Parenthood"; a research center with the acronym of "ARG")... It's got something for almost everyone... Except maybe you.

I've been here for over 3 years. It'll be 4 in October.

I can't say much since I like a couple Anime shows, but it's definitely not my favourite.

Scrubs is garbage, but I would rather watch that than any brit-com. Especially anything on the BBC. BBC is lame as shit. Except the X-Files, but that show has been around for ages.

That sounds rather interesting, the shit from Devin. He makes no sense, yet at the same time makes flawless sense. LOL

Those episodes were pretty funny, but one of my favourite episodes is from Season 5, Episode 4 (yeah I am that big of a nerd.) titled "Scott Tenorman Must Die". In the episode (and I copied this from Wikipedia cause I am too lazy to write it), Cartman excitedly brags to the rest of the gang that he is the first to reach puberty, since he has gotten his first pubes. Cartman apparently did not know that you grow them yourself, and only has them because he bought the pubes from eighth-grader Scott Tenorman for $10. After being informed that he has been taken and laughed at, an angry Cartman tries various methods to get his money back. However, with each attempt to get his money back, Scott is one step ahead. After further humiliation that leads to Scott burning the money, Cartman plots revenge. He attempts to train a pony to bite off Scott's penis, but is later told that the best way to humiliate Scott is to find his weaknesses. After learning that Scott's favorite band is Radiohead, he has everyone see a poorly-dubbed movie of the members of Radiohead being interviewed, with Cartman dubbing in his voice as the band members saying how much they hate Scott. However, Scott one-ups him by showing a video of Cartman being humiliated, an act so funny that friend Kenny dies laughing.

Cartman is pushed to the edge, and writes a letter to Radiohead as Scott to get them to visit South Park, claiming that he has cancer of the ass. He tells his friends Stan and Kyle of his plan to get Scott's penis bit off at a chili cookoff, which Radiohead would arrive at and see him crying, making them think he is not cool. Afterward, Stan and Kyle warn Scott, which prompts Scott to not only make a chili consisting of the pubes of all the teens in South Park, but tell his parents of a starving pony on an abandoned farm, which prompts his parents to go save it that night. The next day at the chili cookoff, both Scott and Chef bring chili for the competition, as does Cartman. As they sit down to eat, Scott eats some of Cartman's chili, while Cartman lavishly scarfs down Scott's. However, as Scott is about to reveal the secret ingredient, Cartman indicates that he knows, and that he told Stan and Kyle about his plan because he knew they would rat him out. He also reveals that he switched out Scott's chili with Chef's, and that his actual plan was to get the farmer who owns the pony to shoot his parents, and while he was busy with the police, steal the corpses and chop them up, placing their body parts into the chili Scott was eating. Scott finds his mom's finger, and breaks down crying. Cartman's final stage of his plan occurs when Radiohead comes along, and makes fun of Scott for crying. Finally, Cartman begins licking the tears from Scott's face, and Stan and Kyle declare that they should never make Cartman pissed off again.

    Best episode ever.

    That's quite long.

Scrubs? How dare you? It's one of the most brilliant sitcoms ever. What's your problem with it?

Not really into new ones either, but 80s stuff over there is awesome.

Hahah, yea. It really sounds like a very interesting album tho.

    Yeah sorry about that...

I hate it. Hate the cast (Espcecially that f*cktwat Zach Braff or whatever his name is), and the humour is lame. People say it's dark, but it's what I like to call "Pussy-Dark" meaning it's dark, but not dark enough for it to be "good-dark". There's no way I am budging on this. You hate South Park, I hate scrubs. LOL

Yeah I guess I haven't watched much old stuff beyond the good Monty Python stuff. John Cleese ftw.

Yeah it really does sound like an interesting album. So there are going to be 4 of them or what?

Pff. Scrubs is amazing. End of story.
What do you think of the other ones (Arrested Development, Community)?
I also started liking 30 Rock very much. : D

Not sure if you'd like any. : DD

Ki and Addicted are the first ones.

Arrested Dev and the Community are okay, but truthfully haven't seen much beyond a few episodes. Think my aunt watches them. 30 Wasn't very good for me though.

    Yeah me neither ^.^

    Ahhh gotcha. Shoulda guessed that.

Download some. I don't want you to miss out on the thematic episodes of Community. Those are amazing.

Wonder how those two fit into the story...

    Soo found something for me?

Aaand I'm off. Can barely keep my eyes open. Gnight!

I will have to then. I will finally be back into media once my laptop is up and running again.

Yeah I am wondering as well.

I have failed you in looking for something today. I've been more or less fighting sleep and discussing Shadow Era strategies with friends since I haven't been playing today LOL.

Night man, get some sleep. Charish it. Love it. Enjoy it. LOL

    That's what she said. :D

I actually like Scrubs a lot. I watched it and laughed my head off through the whole thing. Definitely not as funny as South Park, but still hilarious.

I actually like animation a lot. It allows for some ridiculous looking stuff and some crazy stuff to happen that couldn't happen with real actors (just look at half the stuff they do on South Park...). I loved anime for a while (Especially Hellsing... Man I loved that show), and the fast paced fighting and crazy amounts of transformations and violence wouldnt work as well in a live-action show or movie.

I actually started watching that episode the other day but then my friends got online and wanted to watch the ones where Kenny dies and Cartman and Kyle get AIDS (either one of those is my favorite... Not sure which). I'll be sure to check that one later. What season was the Special Olypmics one from? I've been trying to find it on YouTube since I'm almost certain it's from before season 13, the oldest one they don't have on Netflix yet.

As for the Townsend stuff, I'm REALLY looking forward to the song eith Tommy in it... Maybe not the best vocalist ever, but I love the way it sounds in action.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention that the only thing from England I really love is Mr. Bean. I know a lot of people who don't like it, but I find that stuff hilarious.

The episode you are talking about is called "Up The Down Steriod" and it's Season 8 episode 3 I believe. I love it when Jimmy is all roids'ed out and beats up his girlfriend and mom and starts crying rofl. That shit get's me every time.
